He says it isn't an endorsement so I think the subject is a bit misleading.  If he is posting it though it is mostly likely legit and on the rise.  Worth looking into if you have any BNB.  I don't.

This announcement is indeed a huge boost to the platform.  I also think that many Binance users, if not the majority will try the platform.  They may add this to their list of service they use but migration may be an over statement.

I also wonder how one can generate yield when the fund is sent to make a prediction, if the prediction is wrong, is the profit still valid?  If it is then, this will be very interesting and might get ahead of the competition.

I already suspect that the Predict.fun program will lead to what Polymarket, Kalshi, and others have done.
Initially Predict.fun was not received positively by the general public, especially Binance users, cleverly they involved CZ as a support partner, not bad, even though CZ himself mentioned it.

CZ clearly stated that this was not an official endorsement, but his post immediately attracted huge attention to this BNB Chain prediction market.

It is proven that Predict.fun's market volume has increased drastically.

• Polymarket: $3.7+ billion monthly volume (Polygon-based, decentralized leader)

• Kalshi: $5.8 billion monthly volume (regulated US platform)

• Limitless & small platforms: $10–50 million lifetime volume

• Predict.fun: $300,000+ in first week,  early but growing fast on BNB Chain

I haven't tried and signed up for Predict.fun yet, but if our money could actually make what it says:

“When you make predictions, your funds don't sit idle, they generate returns.”

Of course, I will consider Predict.fun as a prediction betting market, for now it is necessary to expand more information about the performance of Predict.fun, CZ has mentioned it.

When a platform publicise for participation with them for whatever they are doing, it is an advert that they are throwing up and every advertisement has the capacity to increase activities in the company and generating traffic for them. In this case, binance will have more patronage from new users who either will be interested through friends referring them or they saw the advert by themselves. So trading will increase and trading fees will be deducted likewise.

He also said it that funds on prediction won't sit idle, it is possibly going to be used for staking, some kind of simple earnings within the binance platform and gains will automatically go to them. The binance platform will get commission from prediction funds etc and those are first point of benefit for binance.

I tried to visit the website, and I had to input my email to skip the queue. I assume this means the platform isn't ready yet? Otherwise, the "notify me when the platform is ready" doesn't make sense. I was just curious whether CZ is really behind this (as the title implied) or there's another ex-Binance figure involved. pretty unexpected but definitely interesting even with the not an endorsement disclaimer I’m sure a lot of Binance users will be curious enough to check it out. The passive income on funds locked in predictions is really intriguing I’m not sure how they’ll sustain that model in the long run but if the yield mechanics are solid users will definitely find it attractive, who wouldn’t want to earn something extra while waiting for their prediction to settle right?

I have read about this since some days or a week or 2 weeks ago, but I do not remember when I read it. What I do not like is that they do not count prediction market as gambling, the reason I stop to bring such a discussion to this gambling discussion board of forum. They count it as trading but which is not true to me.

No, and neither are mine using common ones like Polymarket. If I want to gamble, I completely stayed with gambling sites on this forum. They are different but that is what I like.

It means the fund that locked dring the betting phase is still accuring the yield instead of do nothing. Let's say we bet use usde, which is having 3% yield, when it's locked in the vault during the betting phase, it's still accrue the yield instead of it goes to the developer's pocket.

Since this is a new platform I doubt it will take over Kalshi and Polymarket right away. Yes prediction market is hot and this project even CZ says not endorsed is a subtle way of showing it's likely an endorsed one. Who knows, if this if ever make so fast then likely it's still cook. Knowing CZ when talking about a project users typically follows him just like what happened on Aster project. The project pumps hard when CZ talking about it and even buying some tokens of it.

The largest prediction market is Polymarket, it was banned before in United States, but it recently had a license from United States also. It will be hard for any prediction market to overtake it. And if anyone will overtake it, I do not think it will be the one from CZ. CZ really made Binance surfaced and become the largest crypto exchange but this time, it is different.

Coming from him, claiming he’s no longer connected with Binance as the ex-CEO, how reliable is that really. If the info is coming from Binance itself, then Binance should be the one making the announcement and that’s what’s actually worth sharing. CZ’s post can still be useful, but it should only be taken as secondary.

It will be hard for any prediction market to overtake it. And if anyone will overtake it, I do not think it will be the one from CZ. CZ really made Binance surfaced and become the largest crypto exchange but this time, it is different.

You can never really tell. When Binance first entered the market, they weren’t big either, but over time they became the number one exchange. And Binance already has the name. They’ve been hit with regulatory sanctions and penalties, so they’re more mature now. Plus, they have huge funding, unlike Plymarket who only reported raising additional capital recently just to keep things going.

So making this one is timely and they have the better exposure through him. Whether CZ is part of it or not, it is no doubt that he's got a lot of fanboys and followers in the crypto space.

Since I do use their exchange, I will like to try this out to also know how rewarding it is but the truth is that anything gambling is not guaranteed and if one wants to use this as an opportunity to earn, the result is always more of losses and less of wins. It can not be mistaken for an investment because it's not and I dislike this prediction for that reason and that's why I just stick with leverage trading instead joining any prediction market, although I might just check this one out.

There are serious and big hurdles for classic bookmakers. They have not the right expertise to join crypto and use it as a tool for payment and being complaint with laws.

So maybe after that, Binance might enter the actual gambling industry too, offering sports betting and casinos. They have the resources, so it’s not impossible in the near future.

Although CZ still owns a majority stake in Binance, he has no formal involvement in the management of Binance and doesn't represent its brand following his arrest and agreement with regulators last year. So the launch of the prediction market is primarily CZ's initiative, not Binance's. Although it is worth noting that many users still seem to associate CZ with Binance, and this is definitely beneficial for CZ when he launches new products.

Millions of users waiting to bombard this new predicting platform but is this going to be the only one? ZC is trying to take over everything is what I am seeing here, Now BnB chain is looking like Ethereum out of china and for china, I see what CZ did and that's so uncool of him, every projects he promoted through BinanceLabs are mostly Chinese projects and with all those Chinese meme coins printing millions and rug people later on.

Sorry I have to say that I am not impressed with anything that this man have to offer, yet it won't stop people to use the platform anyway, I am just saying what is inside my mind about CZ, if the advantage of making money do comes I will be ready to to it, and that's about it because I am not ready to be into what CZ has to offer for the long term.

CZ is doing this kind of soft shill multiple times in the past. He knew how many his follower and they purchased whatever he posted/share/like on his social media.

Putting a disclaimer on his post is very ironic since he is a well known shiller of crypto projects.

He is riding the hype of prediction market and this feature he is trying to emphasize is a game changer for this type of project.
