Ross William Ulbricht, the founder of the infamous black market (Silkroad marketplace) has resurfaced again, after wallets linked to him recently moved some Bitcoins valued around ~$3M (33.7 BTC) on Tuesday 9th of December 2025. After some years of inactivity, it was said the wallets previously held 440K BTC in 2012, and the dude is still holding just sent out a fraction, although all these BTC are not held in one wallet, but these wallets were linked to him.

This is our guy, I was just wondering, is this the beginning of a new black market cause this is wild, when you have a visionary you just can't stop them.

They might have closed down silkroad in 2013, he still had the vision to invest most of his wealth in BTC, around 2012, BTC ATH was around $13, just imagine the number of profit he had made

I doubt if there is going to be any new black-market launched by him. I mean, what's the point of looking for more trouble if you have just been pardon and have millions worth of BTC sitting around in different addresses waiting to be spent?

Maybe someone else may just want to ride on the hype, but it's less likely to be Ross William Ulbricht again

Yo, that's a wild piece of crypto lore right there.

First off, respect to the original diamond hands. The man saw the vision early and parked his bag in cold storage through a life sentence. That’s next-level conviction. Moving a tiny slice of a legendary stack? That's not him cashing out; that's a ghost from the genesis block saying, "I'm still here."

A new Silk Road? Doubt it. That era is gone. The game's changed, surveillance is everywhere on the clear web. But the message is clearer than ever: Bitcoin is unstoppable. They locked the man up, but they couldn't lock up his keys or his profit. The ultimate flex.

It's not about the market, it's about the myth. Our guy just wrote another chapter. Legend status
