Not someone to be trusted. Don't trust this fake advocate with an accusation. You will never be successful to solve an issue through him. Even if any issue gets resolved, it’s because it was supposed to be resolved, not because of him.

I remember someone pointed this out, but you vehemently denied and stated that you got hired by your "client". What else did you lie about? How do you expect people to trust what you say and help you out even when decided to lie from the word go?

I don't know if you'll get the rest of your funds posting here, at this point, your only option is probably taking them to legal court, even then, there is still no guarantee you'll get anywhere.

However, it was because i was scared, they leaked my kyc, and i was making complaints on this account so none of it reflects back to me IRL, but i dont care anymore, they can sue me or send whoever they want to attack me.

I'll ask again, what do you mean they leaked your KYC? Did they post it publicly, tell it to some people, without your consent? Because if that is true, that is a big privacy violation rule they broke.

This part is very important. If the OP’s answer is yes, then there’s really no sense in entertaining this topic anymore. He was the client but represented by other person based on what i read, he allowed the other person to negotiate, there was a contract, he agreed to it and received the payment. That should’ve ended it.

He wouldn’t have signed in the first place if he saw something he didn’t agree with. That’s how contracts work, that’s why they’re put on paper. And the fact that there’s an NDA involved, breaking it even if he claims it’s unenforceable, still says a lot about his character.

Nobody here is defending Winna. As a matter of fact after dealing with their representative I wouldn't trust them with 1 dogecoin. The fact is you haven't provided sufficient evidence or proof of anything -- not enough for anybody to be able to make a fair judgment. You need serious legal help and nobody here is qualified to offer that, so you're basically wasting your time.

This casino has a reputation of using malicious and scammy tactics in which they hold your money, offer you percentage of your payout under an NDA, and basically force you to sign it.

Nobody forced you to sign anything. I'm sorry you had these problems but you went about handling them the wrong way. I'm not saying your case isn't resolvable or that you aren't legally owed more money. What I am saying is we can't help you. Knowing this, please don't continue to use this forum as an attack vector to get what you think you are owed.

This is exactly what I’m talking about. There’s always a contract, and once you sign it, it’s binding. That’s the strongest proof there is, stronger than what you’re saying now. On top of that, there’s an NDA involved. By leaking it, the owner could actually sue you if they decide to, since they’re a company and what you’re doing can be seen as damaging their reputation.

I’m not defending them here. I’m actually trying to help you avoid creating a bigger problem for yourself. That’s why I’d suggest just accepting the mistake, since you already acknowledged that you signed the contract and were fully aware of what was inside it.

you created a scam accusation, we tried to help out the way we can, but you accepted their deal, deleted the topic, and marked it resolved. so don't come crying back here after regretting it.
if you had handled this better, you could have had a good shot at getting your money back, even if you didn't, you would have them marked as scammers.

After reviewing all documentation under the supervision of my lawyer, I have decided to go public with this matter.

Regarding Winna Casino, I previously marked the complaint as resolved because I was pressured into signing an NDA under the threat of legal action. As part of that agreement, I received only $10,000 of an $80,000 win that was earned legitimately.

My lawyer has advised me that the NDA is not enforceable, and I am therefore comfortable sharing this information publicly. I have attached the NDA for transparency.

i'm just curious, did you not have your lawyer go thru the NDA before you signed it and agreed to winna deal, or did you only get him involved after?

In short, I won $80,000 fairly, and the casino repeatedly attempted to avoid paying out the full amount. After multiple excuses and legal threats—visible in the provided screenshots—they ultimately paid only $10,000 of the $80,000 owed.

you keep contradicting yourself. in the OP you say they paid you 5%, in this post you say $10k which is 12.5%, which one is it?
