What should be done with this page?

The Statistics page, which is directly linked from the front page, seemed to have been created with the idea of showing the current block tip, difficulty, and number of coins in circulation.

Obviously that never worked out, since everything is just replaced with dots now, and block explorers have more or less made that function obsolete.

Or was there another purpose intended for this page?

I think it was just meant for statistics, but since we can't get them there, why not just get rid of it?

Or if It can't be removed, maybe just edit out that part with dots and just state the websites or resources where one can get proper statistics for the Bitcoin network. Perhaps expand on list from the ones already listed there

I did that, and I actually went one step further and compiled some stats for these pages.

I was long, tedious works, but the page looks nice now, doesn't it!!

I did check it out and it looks much nicer. Since some of the statistical data keeps changing after a while even when an estimate is entered, how often do you plan to keep updating the page? Monthly? Every quarter of the year?
That is where I see a lot of work     Otherwise the Bitcoin community and I really do appreciate the effort.

I think once a month is short enough, but somebody's going to have to remember to edit it I'm always looking for people who would be open to making edits - I can make people Editors.
