Bc game withdraw shows success but not credited and two deposit in process

My withdraw shows success in bc game but not credited in bank account and my deposit shows processing
My withdraw amount is 30k INR

They haven't looted you as such, but BC game has been having an issue with their payment processor for quite a while now. If you search around this board, you will notice so many other complaints just like yours regarding deposits and withdrawal using your local currency.

Perhaps one of the forum members @holydarkness will help you by forwarding your issue to a contact at BCgame. You will be sorted out after some time but you will have to be patient.

Like he said, give him time to have the issue worked up on. If you have read through a number of complaints regarding INR deposits and withdrawal from BC game. The stories are almost the same. Most of them have actually been resolved, but it takes time.
If you want to be helped, at least practice some patience.

Great. That'll mean your transaction is already in the merchant's hand and they're probably "bottle-necked" there while the merchant informing and processing older transactions to BC. On that case [if the fund is already received by merchant], a simple nudge should help expedite the crediting... when batch #3 come.

I hate to sound like a broken record, as much as I dislike the sound of broken record. Risking to sound like one, though, once again, I'm assigning your case to batch #3 and will only move to that batch once everything on batch #2 cleared.

May I suggest you to escalate to twitter? It seems other people who wait for me to clear batch #2 here, got their help from twitter support.

Though I never really pay attention to each and every details, from the top of my head, deposits pending were due the merchant yet to credit to BC's side of the finance dept. Thus, BC doesn't credit the account. Likewise, upon withdrawal, BC send the fund to the merchant and successful transactions [once that went through after being escalated] were cleared after BC inquire why said transactions claimed to be uncredited to the player's bank.

Then merchant is fraud and why bc game can’t give real agent in live support.
