disputed amount: 2192.75 USDC

I registered an account with Cloudbet and completed the sign-up process successfully.
My account was fully functional: I was able to deposit funds, place bets, and play without any restrictions.
After I requested a withdrawal, Cloudbet asked me to complete KYC verification, which I did.
Only after verification and after winning did Cloudbet inform me that my account would be closed due to my country of residence.
At no point during registration or before depositing was I informed that my participation would not be allowed. The system accepted my account and my deposits without any warning or restriction.
I believe it is unfair to allow a player to deposit and play, and only raise a country-related issue at the withdrawal stage.
I am requesting the withdrawal of my remaining balance. At the very least, my deposited funds should be returned, as the service is being refused retroactively.
I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this matter.

First of all, please hide immediately your personal details from this post.
About the specific issue, have you verified their ToS? Are you sure this was not mentioned listed before you join the bookmaker?
I don't know how these issues are managed by casinos, anyway it is also useful to check other suggestions on this matter online (or reaching issuer of gambling license...)

Just because a site has allowed you to play so far doesn't mean you won't run into the same problem. Unfortunately most don't read the ToS when signing up on sites and they can get themselves into the same situation you are in. I agree that before being allowed to deposit, if the site does kyc, you should be asked to complete the kyc. Seems unfair to the player even though they will argue it is your responsibility to read the ToS and keep yourself updated. They are correct, but doesn't make it suck any less.

Hopefully you get your money sorted, at least get your deposit refunded. If you need a no kyc site feel free to pm me and I can point you in the right direction. Under my code preferably, but i'll help regardless. Good luck.

I understand your point and agree that ToS matter. I’m not disputing account closure due to regional restrictions.

The issue is that a withdrawal was confirmed and my balance later disappeared without any transaction proof. At the very least, even if winnings are disputed, my original deposit should be returned, as I did not authorize any transfer or forfeiture.

Hopefully this can be resolved fairly.

There is literary now way of signing in once you see that warning, so you probably bypassed it and thought they wouldn't get you? Just own up to your mistake and next time carefully read the terms and conditions before signing up.

So, where are you currently living? Also, did you say to them that you are not currently living in Germany? In the country you are currently living in, are you a citizen or have documents proving that you are currently living there? If so, maybe try asking them to be allowed to do the KYC again.

There have been cases like this posted here in the forum, but I am not sure if those cases got resolved.
