bcgames deposit not credited since 35 days and ticket not even replied too

hey i have heard that you have helped tonnes of folks who have been having issues with bcgames
im hoping you can help me out too

i had done a fiat deposit of 4500 inr on 11th nov 2025 and i have not received it on bcgames at all till date . i have given them all information needed my bank statements , my screen recordings , my video proofs and everything yet nothing happened.

i even used the 7 days guaranteed manual credit scheme they have now but till today i have never heard back from them , my ticket status is being shown pending for a month now , the support is usually the AI response , i have written to them on discord , i have even emailed them with all the documents on bcgames support email, i have opened a thread on forums of bcgames too but no replies on that also , im so frustrated right now it prolly might seem like a low amount but thats hard earned money

Seeing so many other complaints from other users regarding the same issue, I think this should be a signal to you that you should avoid the fiat deposit and withdrawal option and instead use cryptocurrencies for now. I am not sure exactly why this has been dragging on for so long, but if I were part of BC.game management, I would first push to disable INR fiat deposits and withdrawals until the mess is sorted out.

Otherwise, this gentleman (holydarkness) should be able to help forward your case once again. No guaranteed success, but you may have to be patient with him.

I suggest you to follow Scam Report Format and also include proofs of transactions/chat logs in this thread too.
Have you tried contacting their payment provider merchant? They might help you or also try and contact your bank, they might be able to reverse the transaction if you provide proof that your deposit wasn't confirmed and you were scammed.
They won't scam you for $50 but the fact that they don't give you enough attention is a red flag. Since they run signature campaign on this forum, I hope that they'll take your case seriously or else get red flag on their account, which will wake them up.

Btw I deposited a few hundred dollars in crypto and also withdrew it without a problem just a few weeks ago.

well thanks for the replies to both the gentlemen above

i have tried to buy p2p bitcoin or Ethereum but there were issues on the platform i used usually the seller trying to fraud people out of it that's why i had to opt for fiat deposit .

i have been an old loyal player on the casino but even i noticed that the fiat deposits are getting this treatment ,usually from the third party merchants and the management of bcgames not taking any action for this.

i would like to point out that i have attached that forum thread to check out my deposit ticket log and if needed i will post the payment screenshot here also so it can be checked also

for me the only concerning thing now with bcgames is no support from live support ( which has totally become AI message prompts) , no replies to support email nor forum threads hence i posted here i know holydarkness is the person who can help out with this and i hope he can  push this to one of his contacts.

I understand correctly that your situation is now resolved and you've got them credited to your account? If so, kindly confirm so I can remove your name from the list for batch #3.

And yes, probably BC.Game Support solves it. Though remains silent, they're closely monitoring this board too.
