Bc.game deposit amount not receive after 20 days

I had deposited an amount on 2nd December which is kept under review till date. Earlier they had said that it will be refunded in 7 days. That did not happen. Then they provided a new refund statement which is held under review even after 20 days. This is a kind of fraud in which the customer is being mentally harassed. The support system is so slow that I cannot describe it in words. The bot only works and its only answer is that the merchant has not received the payment yet, you wait and nothing else.

You should provide a screenshot of your transactions so there is proof when there is a dispute on BC.Game's side. Due process and clear presentation of evidence is a good start for you if you want to have any chance of being taken seriously in this forum if not totally winning and getting back your money.

BC.game has a lot of issue recently that involves fiat deposit. This case has high chance that is real since it’s in INR which is the same fiat currency of most affected user.

He has an order which @holydarkness can use to verify the transaction by forwarding it to his contact.

I had to post from a different account because I could not remember the password of my previous account and I was not able to forget it and again and again I was getting some problem like invalid or I forgot the name or password. So I uploaded the image and I was not able to understand from this side that I have to upload from this side, so I asked for a guide so that I can again know the side of the talkimage and upload from that.

Couldn't you just reset the password via the "forgot your password" option, or are you trying to tell us that you can't access your email address as well?

Secondly, why do you continue to deposit fiat on BC.game even when last time you got a similar issue and had to wait for days to have it resolved? It's like falling in a deep hole then some good Samaritan comes and saves you, but then you decided to jump into the same hole minutes later hoping to be helped again.

You... do aware that BC store your IP address, right? And other things related to multi-acc that I can simply "reverse engineer" into a tool for them to see if UID 19970127 change hand, when and if I nudge them to that direction? We're sure the result will be negative and the account doesn't log any significant change?

Bro holydarkness has helped everyone on the forum who had problems with bcgame including me , i don't think this is the proper way to talk to him like this if you can't be thankful atleast don't be disrespectful to him or any other member on forum. Everyone here is helpful in such matters and they talk for our good sometimes they say things we personally may not like but in reality that might be helpful for ourselves. @holydarkness is great a guy and i personally trust him alot because of his helping nature for everyone on the forum and helping that tooo whom he doesn't even know. It's only support team that will give you solution to follow the issue, but I'm surprised that you said the support team is delaying and is only bot that's responds to you,

I will advice to use another account to chat the support team, should in case the support team will give you access to file your complain to manual support team, it's obvious that bot support team doesn't give solution to answer when communicating with,

Secondly, you need to post your transaction with them here, and also your chat with them as "evidence" so that respondents will know what to do.
