Hi there!
Betcoin.ag have blocked account after winning les than 100 usdt. As you can check in the screenshots I have made just 9 bets, winning 6 and losing 3 on this site. Not so uncommon no?
My player id at betcoin.ag is player1647615

So. I have made 2 small deposits 2-3 weeks ago. Played occasionally. My total balance now is just 156 usdt. I asked for a small withdrawal of 106 usdt. They canceled it sending me a link to verify my account first. I tried to do it; made a photo of my Id but was not able to verify utility bill because there was not an upload button available. You had to make a photo of it. I asked today to send the link again, because the first one expired after 60 minutes. I found out that I can't login anymore. I asked why and they send this email:
"You are in violation of our terms of service, with regard to using banned technology to place value/arb bets. An investigation is underway to determine the extent of the abuse. We should have a resolution within 60 days."

This is beyond any logic. I have made almost exclusively live bets, and the odds there change in seconds. How can I do value/arbing?!!. I have won less than 100 usd there. I made exactly 9 bets on Betcoin,ag, won 6 and lost 3 bets. This can happen no?! And for 6 winning bets they need 60 days to investigate my account?!!!
Everyone can understand by themselves that this is just a blatant scam practise. They do not want to pay. Simple as that.

But after I told them that I will go publiv with this, Betcoin,ag threteaned not only scamming me out of my money but  also going for legal compensation... Be my guest....
I asked them to prove any wrongdoings, and their response is this:
"Sometimes it takes as as little as a single bet to detect cheaters. We are really really good at it. We encourage all users to share their unique experience with Betcoin. In this case, it will be so that we can show everyone what happens to cheaters.
Of course, when you make those post, be sure that you are honest in. If you deny that you are violating our rules and use terms like "scam sportsbooks" then it gives us legal precedent for a defamation suit. Right now, we haven't even completed the investigation and there is still a chance of you receiving your deposit back. Of course the moment you defame us online, this will become a legal matter and we will be unable to communicate with you directly.

We have no obligation to pay you anything, at this point, as we have 100% proof that you are in violation of our terms. We are just very fair and like to give a warning, assuming this is your first offence. We can assure you that we already have ample evidence to show AskGamblers that you are a cheater. If you go that route, there is 0 chance you will receive anything back. We strongly encourage you to wait patiently for the investigation to conclude. It can take up to 60 days, as there are many other abusers, like yourself, and you will have to wait your turn".
Normally sportsbook scams they just do not reply to your messages, but this is not Betcoin.ag case. They keep your money and also threaten you. Please stay away from this scam sportsbook.

Now I'm curious whether they will go through with the defamation lawsuit since you made this public, since they seem to be 100% confident with the evidence that they said they have.

I'll try to PM their representative regarding this thread, and hopefully they give more info about your case. I hope you don't mind.

We hadn't had much of a chance to do research on this player yet, as this entire situation has occurred within the last 3 hours, but needless to say we are not shocked that his entire BitcoinTalk profile is him complaining about sportsbooks withholding his funds. Like it would benefit any sportsbook would withhold his meager winnings (in this case, about $90) to "scam" him. We can assure him that we have already wasted more than that to confirm his abuse and we were planning on spending far more to do an investigation, on his behalf, in the interest of returning his deposit if he wasn't found to have multiple accounts. Fortunately for us, he has chosen to skip that step.

This player is very clearly moving from sportsbook to sportsbook, cheating his way to whatever he can get until he gets banned. He has attempted to extort us multiple times during our discussion, and we were more than happy to let him make his little post and expose himself for the cheater that he is. He is so used to sportsbooks caving in and paying him for his pathetic threats of bad reviews, that he thinks it can go on forever. Well it stops here today. He will receive nothing from us. We strongly encourage him to go to a 3rd party mediator so we can further expose and disrupt his lies. Time for a real job, OP. We will make sure no one will take your scam action now.

this is a classic move by shady sportsbooks when they don't want to pay out a winner, they just throw around terms like arbitrage and value betting without showing a single bit of proof, to be honest if they are threatening you with a defamation suit just for sharing your experience then that is a massive red flag right there

This is a classic move, making over 100 posts on your first few days to get that post count up. Welcome to the community. We have been here for 12 years, so if you need any tips or guidance, please let us know! As always Betcoin's reputation is flawless among legitimate players. Literally flawless. As in 0 unresolved accusations or lost 3rd party mediations.
