So I was using the unisat wallet and using the saturn bitcoin decentralized exchange. I have deposited some fund on their dex to trade. But when wanted to withdraw the funds to my wallet it was showing that there was no valid UTXO in my wallet. I reached their support team. Literary I was waiting to get a ressolve, the someone told me to deposit some extra BTC on my wallet and transfer it to saturn it will resolve the issue.

And I was finally able to withdraw my funds.

After learning the problem , I came to a conclusion that  my saturn wallet has very less bitcoin to cover the fees , that's why it was stucked in UTXO. But If I recall successfully I've had deposited $50 worth of bitcoin. Still puzzled why that's happened?

It took me 10 days just cause of didn't know the  UTXO issue .

Have you found out their withdrawal fee basis and minimum amount? It appears the receiving wallet is required to cover the withdrawal fee. This could be due to their default settings, or you accidentally enabled this option on withdrawal prompt.

I don't know which exchange you're referring to, but exchanges typically count these two requirements in BTC/sats, regardless of how large your deposit amount may seem in $.

I think these Unisats and Saturn Exchanges seem to use ordinals, inscriptions, or BRC20, which means it works just like a token. If you know how Ethereum works, it needs ETH as a gas fee to transfer these tokens.
If you don't have enough Bitcoin in the mainnet, you won't be able to process a transaction to transfer these ordinals, inscriptions, etc...

That's why you need to deposit BTC in your Saturn account because what you send from Unisat are runes, ordinals, inscriptions, or BRC20, not the BTC. So to solve your case, just deposit some BTC into the Saturn wallet to cover the fees.

Firstly. What you traded was not the actual Bitcoin; it's a token.
The Unisat wallet is an ordinals and runes protocol wallet. However, the dev claims it to be the home for Bitcoin, which is not true.
Second, no valid UTXO happened because the Saturn exchange you used couldn't find any token in your Unisat wallet that is enough to cover the fee of the transaction you want to executed just like it was explained about the ETH token exchange on DEX.

The riquirement is very likely a scam demand.

If your bitcoin in that wallet or account is enough for their minimum withdrawal value, you will have no need of funding that wallet or account more. If it is your situation, their requirement is scam, I am sure about that.

If your bitcoin is too little and does not meet the minimum withdrawal value, you must deposit more in order to be accepted for withdrawal. If it is your situation, the requirement is not a scam.

And I was finally able to withdraw my funds.
You were very luckily to withdraw your fund eventually as in other cases you would be scammed already.

The riquirement is very likely a scam demand.
The other two replies above are more likely the case instead of a scam.
OP didn't specified what he exchanged and what he couldn't withdraw that's why it's confusing.

That "no valid UTXO" issue sounds technical because as a decentralized exchange, its withdrawals doesn't work like a centralized exchange where it just deduct from the user's funds and the exchange does the rest.
Instead, it has to have an "Unspent Transaction Output" to be used as input (and some fee) to create the withdrawal transaction.
If it's actually Bitcoin, he wouldn't see that error if there was at least $50 worth of BTC there because it would've been counted as a UXTO, so it must be a token.
