I usually plays cards game with my friends , there's a lot of varieties in card games. It varies on country . I started playing the poker game online and also learnt how to play online. I didn't have the luxury or chance to play it on offline casino or woth friends. So currently I was thinking, if I wants to play it for fun with out cash involved how can I start this game. I don't have the chips.

Even if you don't know poker at all, you will learn it very soon by watching in a game lobby for example as most casinos in their poker version they allow you to watch at the table before sitting and playing. There are a lot of gamblers who only play poker because the chances are high to win if you are patient enough and also have skills to read the cards. If you still need a lot of training and you still don't understand it by yourself then there are gambling forums specifically to talk about this issue, poker and learn everything about it. Personally I never felt the need to chase such forums as I understood the game pretty fast.

Facebook "Zynga" or something similar... but it's Texas Hold'em, if you wish to play Five Card Draw, I am not sure where you can play it for free. Maybe you can find Five Card on Facebook, or you can simply start playing Hold'em. It's more popular, I guess it's because it's more interesting.

And you should definitely check Bitcointalk poker games... It's not free, but it's not expensive either. You will get the chance to play with fellow forum members, and I think you can learn a lot from poker discussions.

As far as I know poker can be played directly with cash , as cash games and also with a stack of chips with a prize pool. Ig you didn't read my post clearly. I said I didn't have the instrument like chips, how can I replace it and play with friends.

Thanks Iv4n I play regularly poker tournament hosted on forum. Actually I would like to experience how it feels like to play offline. But I'm lacking the instrument, which is chips. Defenetly I would play Texas Holdem. Five card draw is bit unusual to play with. I Just pick a Royal Flush to get the attention 😁.

How often did you hit the Royal Flush? I've never got the royal flush , maximum I got the straight flush on the table.

Well it's how you set it up. We used those stuff and we label and have legend on how it's worth. That's how we played before when I was still in college and we don't have mkney yet to buy the poker set playing chips. Well the goal is to play poker and experience it without using mkney. It's not like it's not possible bro.

Plus we used now a set since we have money haha. Just telling you how we do that before.

Well OP doesn't want to play with any monetary stake so it's really not gambling anymore, but this does present an interesting case study, most people don't understand that it's still gambling even if you don't go to a gambling house are visit a gambling site, regular day to day games such as this one can also be gambled with, all you need is someone else who is willing to play against you and is also willing to stake something on who wins, in fact others can just stay, watch and stake as well, essentially gambling on the outcome of your game.

Bitcointalk poker games is the cheapest and most engaging poker games I have seen, you practically spend nothing because the deposit requirement still belong to the player. Beside that, the reward is enticing and very easy to win, but I will not take aware the huge competition involve in getting a hand on that pie.

Here in my country although cards game is popular including poker but when it comes to offline gambling, poker is not that popular because most people play traditional card games (you can search with a keywords REMI).
We do not use chips but we do it with cash because it is easier to play with cash but if you do not want to play with cash, simply create your own chips made from anything available in your home.
Such as create chips from a paper, simply make a design on your phone or pc, print it on papers then cut it so you can use it to play poker without cash as you have your own chips.
It means that you will also become the cashier for the chips, so if your friends want to buy and sell then you should be ready.

For me it's better to buy chips,  I mean if you are really that serious and wanted to learn and be confident to go out and play with other people then you really have to imitate with with some real money or chips in the table and then you count as you bet along the way.

Maybe you can find anything that might resemble a chips or represent it. But again, it might not be good experience, so it's better for you and your friends to invest on playing chips so that it will look like real experience for you.

I suggest you to make a cap in terms of the money one can put (like $5-$10) in the game, that way you will have most fun without spoiling your friendship. You can do like, I will do 'x' work (like cleaning/washing dishes etc.) if I lose to you (or the first one who got out). 
Make sure to not play it in front of children in any form.
Ofc, you can use many objects as chips (or even an another deck of cards as chips) as suggested by other members.

If you want to play card games for fun without spending any money, I recommend visiting Facebook. Sometimes, when I'm bored and want to play, I search for games on Facebook. Card games are popular, so they're popular. They're online, so you can play with other players, not AI.
Chips are also free to earn by completing daily missions. So, even if you run out of chips today, you'll get them back tomorrow.

You can easily improvise. There are lots and lots of objects you can use in lieu of actual poker chips or cash. You can use bottle caps, small pieces of paper, tiny pebbles, whatever. All you have to do is assign them fiat value, whether it's redeemable for actual money or not, so that you can have your buy-ins and raises and whatnot. And then a deck of playing cards. That's all. You're good to go with your poker game. Also, it's better if one of you just plays as the dealer.

I remember during my childhood, when we played cards without cash involved, we drank water instead, like we had a lot of water with cups. So when somone lost, they need to drink water. Hahaha
Another thing is something messy, there's a charcoal and when someone lost, you put charchoal to their face until no space left for charcoal line to their face.

Since you are just having fun without spending money it will be more easier for you in the You Tube because that is exactly where you get it right. Because poker require skill and knowledge before you would be able to withstand your opponent, so watching them life in the YouTube would definitely help you to explore the game more because there's no how you can get it correctly without seeing it face to face.
