What's the catch?

0.1 BTC is worth 8,761 USD. Unless if you are trying to scam some members here, I don't see why anybody should try to sell off BTC at half the market price.

i'm sure you can find a bitcoin ATM where you can sell $$$ without an ID if you look for one.
so why not look for one instead of losing 50% of your money? if you are homeless as you say, you will need all the money you can get.

Use p2p exchanges that require no KYC. But even then, I know you are just looking for someone to scam, hoping that their greed would make them fall for the "juicy" offer that you have. I am sorry to disappoint you that you are going to get no victim here.

In order for us to make a deal we need to physically meet and in the meeting I will send you the btc first and then you will give me the cash.

It has no sense what you're claiming. I can issue a western union pament for anormal rate (with a small fee like 5% due service cost)
For sure HALF is likewise a scam and no more. Or you're just wasting time? Again no reasons for asking this kind of exchange.
There is nothing to discuss anymore...even asking for in-person meeting is enough
