I am sure anybody will be confident that my idea will make money once he or she get my detail.
And then he will surly collaborate with me.
But this only can be done by who are based in US.

Classic scam tactic. Scammers are usually afraid of public scrutiny and getting caught, that’s why they prefer to isolate their victims.

If I am from the US, I'd like to know the idea but since I'm not, I'm only here to ask for some questions that could give some light to everyone who's interested before contacting.

Ideas are good until they're executed. If you're not going to share it, that's okay but people will think of it as something you don't like to hear.
