I want to tell you that there's no technical knowledge  when it comes to gambling and no one is a better gambler too, it's only luck that keeps one flying in gambling not how perfect you are in analyzing games and team performances, those that haven't won doesn't mean they don't know how to gamble it's just that luck hasn't shine on them and with consistency they will surely win as it goes that quitters never wins.

If you are treating gambling on some sort like getting some income or making money with it consistently then you are just that being delusional and this is where most gamblers do destroy their lives just because we know that this cant be that possible. Bro, technical knowledge for gambling? you must be joking for real. What kind of technical knowledge do you expect someone to have in a game that is literally built on luck and probability? You can study it for years if you like, do whatever you want… the gambling site owners will still win at the end of the day..

If you have now understood the hand writing written on the wall and for it to be obvious to you that gambling is no longer fair to you or it is not favouring you then you need nobody to beg you before doing the needful, all you need is just make the big move by walking away and save yourself the stress and the exposure to more lost.

However sometimes we are the once causing problems for ourselves because I see no sense in trying to force something that isn't working, as a matter of fact gambling is not a do or die affairs perhaps every player is 100% free to work away at the moment if it's feeling toxic or bored  and offcourse nobody we question you for doing so.

But even after analyzing the data properly , it is not sure that we will win. Many times the favorite team loses against the weaker team. And we  lose the bet.

As far as I'm concerned, the gamblers who truly need to quit are the addicts whose lives have become miserable. But if someone can manage themselves well as a gambler, I don't see any reason for them to stop.

However, if you realize that gambling is no longer doing you any good, it’s better to stop immediately. You should find an alternative hobby

Well, I think it depends of the game....
In the case of roulette, dice and others like tihs., there is no way to lose forever, these people will always have some winnings occasionally even if in the long run they always lose money. So at this case there is not much to do other than manage the bankroll. I'm someone who managed my bankroll well, at least in these types of games I bet a maximum of 5% on each bet, but if the person does not know how to manage their bankroll and spends all their money in a few rounds, then they definitely stop and should not play anymore.

But, there are also sports games and here is no secret... the person really needs to study the sport and need to love them, follow the news, research a lot and only bet after they are convinced of the game is results. If the person keeps losing, then they are betting on the wrong sport and then YES, they need to stop immediately or find another sport that they can follow more closely and study before betting.

If I have friends who feels suffer because gambling, I will suggest him to quit gambling and not return in the future. He needs realize that gambling is not for him and he can do other things to have fun.
