There are multiple ways to archive someone's post in case to prove that they have really posted certain things but later deleted. We can do it via websites like web.archive.org, archive.is and via a few other trusted web archivers. It seems impossible to do the same with PMs because you need to log in to the account to archive it but I'm still hoping that there might be a way. Maybe there is an extension that lets you archive a web page from how you see the page and then securely uploads it to their web archive servers. Does anyone have any idea? Does anybody have an idea?

I'm not really sure of what you're saying but if it is about saving PM's but when someone sends you a PM you get a save of the message automatically even if the sender deletes his copy. I'm not really sure how long PMs last or if they eventually get deleted form time to time because I can still see the very first PM I sent out as well as the one I received.

PMs are not public but you should be able to quote them and save separately on an archival tool or website but I don't know if there's an extension for that.

The title is talking about PM while the contents here talks about that of a post, you have to be more specific.

But let me reply base on what I quoted above, once a post has been made, it cannot be completely nerased from the forum except the admin does that from his end, even when you think you made use of the delete button, it has been archived already by default and could be brought back by the use of nonjastic space, while we can stylishly a post for ourselves by preview instead of posting it, which will be safe on the draft button.

If this doesn't suit your match, then revert to the first reply made above this one.

There is an easy and simple way to save messages from your web browser.
First select messages you want to save, than go to your browser menu and select Print, and Save it in PDF format.
This should work both in Chrome, Firefox and in all other forked browsers.
You can fit more pages per sheet, remove headers, and remove headers.

There are tools and ideas for that.

LoyceVs PM publisher.
BitcoinTalk PMs from a forum ninja.
Thank you for these suggestions. LoyceV's PM Publisher is good but as I understood, you have to use it the moment you send a PM, it's not usable if you already sent a PM to someone else. I also don't want my PM to become published and readable by others. I simply want to have a proof that I received a certain PM from one user. I can prove that by logging in to my Bitcointalk account but the problem is, what if Bitcointalk goes down? How can I prove my PM? It's a little bit complicated and I can't talk in deep detail.
Btw can you explain to me how Ninja's Bitcointalk PMs work?

That's not the best proof because that part can easily be modified. If you archive a forum post via web.archive.org, that's great proof that a certain post was really posted on this forum because no one can modify what web.archive.org archived. I'm looking for a similar solution but for PM.
