I agree with you about business ideas, but what I mean is that if we don’t take any action and have an idea, it’s better to stay quiet so that when we have the ability later, we can execute that idea without being preempted by someone who steals our idea.

In business competition, there are many situations like this, and it’s normal. Some are better and some are worse at stealing someone else's ideas. Unless you patent your ideas, then talking about it and then seeing someone else doing it means absolutely nothing. You have to realize that "words" are not yours to own, you can't just speak and assume that you are the owner of an idea, if you really want to, then you need to patent it.

And in many cases, patenting something is cheap, cheaper than at least making the product itself. As in, if you think X product could be done for thousands of dollars, getting the patent is like hundred bucks, or more if you live somewhere more expensive than me, but still cheaper than actually building the product.

This is why I am 100% sure that if you really thought it was a good idea, you would have patented it, and you didn't, so you never believed in it yourself.

Cornerstone is like a base, right? Or the original but if they only steal an idea, then I think it is not completely a copy-paste but they can also include their own idea on it, to form something new. But of course, it is always better to be original 100% if possible. Since it may also be common to get some idea to someone else, if we are lost at the beginning. To come up with an idea can only be easy and it was usually starting that idea is the hard part. So there is no guarantee for it yet. There is also no guarantee that we can be successful even if we already deployed our project but at least we have tried and we can always learn from our mistakes.

Good knowledge is expensive, it requires good effort and sometimes money to acquire or gain good idea, therefore it should not be stolen. I agree with you, but do you know even if you do not share your idea, someone else still could do it? It doesn't matter whether you shared or not. Because if you don't attempt to implement your idea, then most probably the same idea will end up with someone else who implements it. It's by nature and your brain; ideas often come from the brain. If you don't take it seriously, then the idea will be executed by someone else. It's not magic at all but the game of brains and nature.

However, if a unique idea comes into your brain, then focus on it and don't share. As soon as you have to implement it till you reach your goal. Otherwise it might be implemented by someone else if you share or if you don't implement. Ideas owned by the brain that does works same way for everyone. If you don't want to trust me, then research it scientifically and philosophically.

If the idea is quite big and it has the potential, it's best that you believe yourself in it and spend money for patenting it so that you're protecting that idea that you can make a lot of money out of it. But with all ideas that are in there, it's not that everyone will protect it with legality and patent. For as long as they have it in their minds and not doing anything at all, that will stay as is. They need some action in doing it but usually, the problem with all of these ideas is about funding. They can't do it without funding and whoever is the funder and sees these ideas, they're the ones doing it by themselves.
