Only posted a few times but wanted to vent about this industry and the scam it has become. How do we set  this industry back right? My only solution is to take my money to brick and mortar casino. I've been online gambling for years and have had my ups and down but always entertaining until this last 12-18 months. I've got videos of these crash games resetting themselves according to my bet, the slots always have a network error when you're due for a hit, etc. etc. Why do the casino operates allow the providers to scam this fake RTP? Simple greed and nothing more.
This forum is also complacent in this scam with most of the tools with a "legendary" status inder their name quick to silence anyone. Why are none of these legendary figures calling out for transparency and fairness if indeed "legendary"? The deposit missing accusations, the KYC failures and requests when a players wins.
How much can a player trust a casino with their KYC information when the casino's have no trust in the community? Your information people is more valuable to the casinos then most of the peoples money and you better believe it is being sold for profit by these scum.

My last bet was on crash at BC Game and it was an eye opener. How can it be provable fair if I can exit the game, enter the game and keep seeing the same string of crashes over and over again? Let start at this with the first point of arguments which ks on the issues of scam casinos that have seized player's deposits without any reasonable charge against them and not willing to accept a refund, this set of casinos are known as bad actors and the community have always warn players against using such casinos, since if you fall victim there is nothing the community can do about helping to recover your fund since their will not listen to anyone.

If you don't trust a casino and with known Red flags, why then should you give them your personal data for verification when you have the understanding of their illegal activities.

Scammers will never change both in data and funds even the games on their casinos are fully configured to keep you losing money to the casino and they are fully involved in uttering your chances of winning.

There are bad and good casinos out there. A bad one can manipulate the game-play to maximize winnings. If you find such a casino you should call it out and avoid playing there.
There are also many reputable game providers that do not scam anyone.

Almost never. I very rarely submit documents for KYC and always the very basic process without requiring actual prove of identity. There are many top choices that do not require it.

Active on BC game for some time now, I have bet and won multiple time and also withdrawn multiple time's without demand to make kyc verification, I know BC.GAME is centralized and kyc compliance but they are more interested in gambler's who's activities goes agatheir community laws those are the set of players that KYC is demanded most times.
For normal regular players,  they tend to over look your activities unless when you reach the threshold for bo kyc withdrawals.

If there’s a valid scam accusation, then it should be posted properly. What I see in your post is about self-exclusion, and that was already a few months back.

If you’re serious about it, you need to take it further so the community knows and DT can act if there’s real proof that the casino you mentioned is a scam. It’s hard to rely on stories alone, providing proof doesn’t just help your case, it also helps protect the community if what you’re saying is true.

Does being  a legendary member mean more responsibility on them to investigate every issue brought here in this forum? To the best of my knowledge, most of them have been trying in calling out scam casinos when they have sufficient evidence to back up their claims. Please the emphasis is on "sufficient evidence " and not mere suspicion. Even at that, you should understand that personalities are different. Some are just quiet people. So, if you have any issues with any casino, make your claims known officially in the Scam Accusations sub, blame games won't solve the problem.

It's understandable that some experiences with online casinos can be frustrating, but I understand that problems can occur, such as heavy network traffic or peak hours, and this can hinder your gaming experience. However, I can't imagine a deliberate failure, caused intentionally; that would cause casinos exactly what is happening now in this thread: dissatisfaction and complaints. If I don't trust the casino, I don't even bother testing it, and when there are complaints about a particular platform here on the forum, measures are taken according to the "power" the forum has and what is within reach of those who can, in some way, try to resolve the issue. Beyond that, it's a matter for the courts, regulatory bodies, and even the police.

Well bud, the forum has a Scam and Accusation board for a reason, and one of such reasons is to report matters, issues that is scam related, and off course with clear and verifiable evidence, because you and I know that this is a public and anonymous forum, anybody can come up to accuse any other user or a service for scamming them when it's not actually true, so this is why the place of evidence or proof of any claim you have is very important and treated as such.

And let me tell you that bursting scams and reporting, calling out the casinos and questioning their credibility isn't a task left for forum users with the legendary status alone, it is our collective job/task to always call out any casino we feel providing a substandard service to their users, it may be true that the voice of the legendary members, especially those who are in the DT system are heard and respected more by most of this services, but truth remains they mustn't be the ones to start the calling out, so whoever sees something, say something and don't wait for users with the legendary rank.

I have just seen this now, how will a gambling site trust everyone in a community? The more you see people in a community, the more there will be good people and bad people. He is referring to the trustworthy gambling sites on this forum, that they are not trustworthy. But what I think is that he is getting things wrong, I have used many gambling sites on this forum and I have no issue with any among them that I used till now.

Players trust to reputable casinos so they will do KYC without hesitate. They understand the risks of giving of their personal information to casino but they trust the casino. But players choose a casino based on their research, not just choose randomly.

If you see casino allow the providers to scam this fake RTP, you should leave the casino and not return to that casino. We are free to choose the casino but we must responsible to ourselves when gambling.

That’s probably because he wasn’t satisfied with how he was treated, but I don’t get why he jumped to that conclusion when he hasn’t even posted a proper scam accusation recently. If there’s still an unresolved issue, he can always open a scam accusation.

He also shouldn’t be pointing fingers at the legendaries like it’s their job to care. Not everyone is supposed to look into accusations, only those who are actually interested, especially people who have direct contact with the casino’s support  like HD.

Unless the game you're talking about is the casino's own game. If it is a game provided by a game provider. Then the casino can't be blamed for whatever error and RTP you get. Besides, are you not supposed to check the game RTP before playing it?

For the record, this forum never abode scam, but when an issue happens, we hear your side of the story with evidence, the casino TOS, rules, and regulations, which you ought to know if we see by any chance you don't comply with it, no matter what you say, we believe it's a lost fight unless the casino team just over look it which is something that hardly happen.

After looking into your posting history, I see that you have an issue with one of the trusted casino but if going through KYC is an issue for you not use a total no KYC reputable casino like 2up.io.

OP have you heard about the term 'provably fair', almost all house games on all REPUTED casinos (including the one which you mentioned in OP) are provably fair. I can agree with you on the matter of slots regarding transparency but for house games it does not matter so better play those games. Although all major slot providers are also heavily regulated and tested by third party but you can not verify the outcome by your own. Only few slot providers let you do that.
It is same in brick and mortar casinos as well, you have to believe third party auditors.
