I’m not saying gambling is bad by default. But sometimes it’s worth questioning whether we’re still playing for fun, or just stuck chasing something that never really comes.

When someone is questioning whether they are gambling for fun or chasing something that may never come, it means that the person is not even aware of their reason for gambling and should not be gambling until they define why they are gambling because if they keep chasing what they can not get, they will get addicted. OP made a great point but I think there is one problem with the assessment. We don't always lose; there are winning and losing days. Overall is only loss but can't deny there are good days where we win.

You might be right, but sometimes they might be asking just to get opinion from other gamblers. I don't necessarily see those that ask if gambling should be treated for fun or not as people that don't know what they are doing rather they have come to notice that there's other things that is attached to gambling which is wining" so yeah I think it is worth questioning but the answer is gambling is another means of having fun or entertainment but it is quite different from others means such as swimming or going to the cenema to see a movie due to the win that is attached to it.

I can still say that I am winning overall, that 2x jackpot winnings on one of the casinos that advertised here gives me a huge lead ahead.  Regarding the experience of the difficulty in winning, I think it depends on how we play the game.  I have played regularly, and almost all those sessions have an early head start.  I only lost because I goal on a bit high multiplier.  If I am satisfied with 2x winnings, I could have won almost all my sessions.  Greed is the reason why an easy session becomes suffocating and hard to win.

There are times that requires you to say thank God you lost only a few I understand you op, just like the first comments said, days where you lost so much and at the end you win an amount that feels like a recovery you will be grateful for the few that was lost and not everyithat you lost in the onset, so personally, when I experience loses so much I just stop and never continue until after a time, as long as my losses is within what I can afford to loss.

sometimes I ask myself what the point of playing is when I'm not really making profit and not losing too much either, even though it might be for fun it gets exhausting at some point when you keep on gambling and you are not making significant profit or no profits at all...but in the long run it is highly impossible to win because the casinos are the ones that are actually making profit in the long run

If it is very clear to you that you are not going to win the game you have started and you have not gone far, it is better you quit the game than losing all that you have because of greed there is nothing wrong about that it means you are gambling responsibly, a gambler that does not loses above is target or gamble for fun with target, that is able to control his emotions to stop as at when due is a winner.

It's not just me, surely most, if not all, have experienced this phase. Perhaps they were just trying to play a little to relieve boredom or simply seek entertainment. It really depends on what you are trying to do with gambling. If you are into gambling for profits and money, then you surely need to ask yourself this question, because if you are into gambling for money but you are not making money in it and instead losing money, then it doesn't make sense for you to continue doing it. However, if you consider gambling a source of fun and entertainment, and you only spend what you can easily afford to lose on it despite wins and losses, then you don't even need to worry about these things, because you are not into gambling for money, and if you win something, that's well and good, but if you don't, it's okay, because you got entertained, and that was your purpose.

As for me personally, I don't always gamble for fun, but I also don't always gamble for money, it totally depends on my mood.
