Every week there is a Tuesday Taco Bonus. Unlike every other casino, they make you claim it through telegram - go figure. you have to talk to their bot and click sign in from the special link the bot generates you. The bot has been changed and been deleted like 5 times already since it launched maybe 5-6 months ago. On the 30th the bot was really slow to provide bonus (3-4 hours later than usual) and I went to the global chat and many people were complaining about the delay, then some people said the bot had changed to a new bot and linking a bot, and other people were saying they had been contacted by a new bot. This was actually a fake bot. I was contacted by a fake bot on this day. Once I used the bcgame verify representative url it confirmed that its fake and for a second opinion I asked the support stuff as my VIP host rarely replies fast. They confirmed that it was fake. After this I changed my email and password just to be safe since they contacted me on telegram and my telegram is linked my BC Game account. i didn't want to take any chances.

Them already having to change the bot 5 different times would tell you all you need to know. I would love to hear an explanation on this.
After I changed my password I deposited as usual maybe $4-5k over various days leading up to today and nothing happened to it or vanished or dumped into poker. I lost it myself. Just today I deposited another $1360 and the rest is like as I've explained.
When I noticed all my USDT had gone about 3 hours after the event. I went to go into poker once I saw my transaction history thinking it was an error or some glitch, but as you can see I'm "restricted due to irregular betting". I immediately contacted my VIP host, but she didn't reply so I just contacted the normal live support. I asked them what happened, where did my balance go and that I haven't touched poker in over half a year or more. Then I looked at my active sessions and only had one (my current one) and asked the support if there were any previous ones removed or any new devices used. Then I got locked out my account. The live support is like talking to a robot and I have no way to contact my VIP host now to help resolve the issue as I've locked out my account and can only contact her through the site/app.
