I have been using BCGame for a long time now I guess 17 or 18 months. I am SVIP 3 and somewhere in the region of $300k down. About 10 days ago they had a hacked bot taco I believe. As a precaution I changed my email address and password. I have deposited since then and no issues. However today everything changed.

I deposited about $1350 and I was playing baccarat which is all I play really. I took a break for a few hours and came back and saw that all the money I had in my wallet USDT had been withdraw to BCPoker because I noticed the balance had gone to $0 and thought wtf and looked at my transaction history, then I went to try to go into BCPoker and it says can't play due to irregular betting activity. I haven't played BCPoker in over half a year or probably even longer than that. I contacted the support and they basically locked me out of my account. I've sent an email to the recovery team and awaiting a response. I have 2FA and like I said literally 10 days ago I changed all my details email, password. I've had no emails about suspicious login attempts etc.

This is sketchy as hell. I still have a little bit of FIAT currency that wasn't touched in BCPoker. All my crypto about $1550 was.

@holydarkness, you have another bc.game case, but it is different from the usual.

@OP, when you contacted their support, did they say anything before, as you say, basically lock you out of your account? Also, what did you mean by " they had a "hacked bot taco"?

You should also add your UID on your post since holydarkness will ask you for it anyway.

Every week there is a Tuesday Taco Bonus. Unlike every other casino, they make you claim it through telegram - go figure. you have to talk to their bot and click sign in from the special link the bot generates you. The bot has been changed and been deleted like 5 times already since it launched maybe 5-6 months ago. On the 30th the bot was really slow to provide bonus (3-4 hours later than usual) and I went to the global chat and many people were complaining about the delay, then some people said the bot had changed to a new bot and linking a bot, and other people were saying they had been contacted by a new bot. This was actually a fake bot. I was contacted by a fake bot on this day. Once I used the bcgame verify representative url it confirmed that its fake and for a second opinion I asked the support stuff as my VIP host rarely replies fast. They confirmed that it was fake. After this I changed my email and password just to be safe since they contacted me on telegram and my telegram is linked my BC Game account. i didn't want to take any chances.

Someone else reported something similar with the bot, except luckily he didn't have his balanced dumped and I DID actually change my email and password. Even just after I had removed all active sessions that were open to be extra safe. The other guys post https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=5569913.0

It really is beggars belief why BC don't allow you to claim the stupid bonus in their APP or official website and force you to claim using telegram which is full of scammers and fake bots impersonating BC Game. Them already having to change the bot 5 different times would tell you all you need to know. I would love to hear an explanation on this.

After I changed my password I deposited as usual maybe $4-5k over various days leading up to today and nothing happened to it or vanished or dumped into poker. I lost it myself. Just today I deposited another $1360 and the rest is like as I've explained.

So, in another perspective, we can say you're clicking on a phishing attempt from an unverified link [that you verify later, rather than before], then complained here and say the casino scammed you because the hacker got into your account and transferred your fund to your BCPoker and BC lock the account immediately to secure them?

So, in another perspective, we can say you're clicking on a phishing attempt from an unverified link [that you verify later, rather than before], then complained here and say the casino scammed you because the hacker got into your account and transferred your fund to your BCPoker and BC lock the account immediately to secure them?

To clarify. I did not enter my details into the fake phishing bot. As I said, I verified the URL of the bot on telegram that contacted me which turned out to be fake. As I said the bots change all the time there and I'm well aware of those scam bots offering a 50% bonus on deposits etc.. So I wouldn't just give all my details to any bot that messages me offering me a bonus. I verified it first and once it was confirmed to be fake by the BC game verify URL and the staff I blocked and deleted it. BC.Game forces you to link your telegram account to your casino account in order to get this bonus. I changed my information afterwards to be extra safe and also my telegram password. I assumed my account had tried to be hacked though since I was contacted by a bot and my username is the same on both tele and bg. So I changed my email and password for a peace of mind. My account had no incidents after this. I had deposited $5-6k as said over a 9 day period after this. None of this money was touched or moved in my account. Only yesterday then something happened.
