I am unable to find the "inplay events" section when I am logging into my account with mobile.
With search I can find the teams but the whole section with the live betting matches , there are nowhere to be found on the screen.
All I see is "upcoming matches".

That's good to know. I was also now searching for it, in the sports section at the bottom of the page, I saw 'live sports' in the drop down, when I click on it it directs me to a page filled with so many options many of which are not sports related and I cannot click on any of the matches either.

Ran into the same problem when registering earlier on, but after changing to desktop 🖥️ mode and tried to sign-up again seems to have done the trick.. oh and also made my password 🔑 shorter as it was 12+ characters longer earlier on...maybe site doesn't like mobile registrations  Roll Eyes

So it looks like the problem is only on the phone setup, because I registered using my laptop like I usually do and everything went smoothly there. I really like the lossback offer too, you don’t see many casinos running that kind of promo lately, especially with just a 1x wagering requirement.

I’m looking forward to seeing them more active here in the forum with promos.
Hopefully they stick around in this community for a long time.

You mentioned a review campaign, are they also planning to launch a signature campaign, or is that not on the table yet?

I haven't heard anything about it from chiming in this thread or maybe I missed it lol. But since the team is pretty active, maybe we will hear some answer from them.

They would need a much bigger budget for the signature campaign, and preferably do a long running one as those tend to have better results as oppose to short campaigns which only last for a few weeks.

They are already working on that issue. It's not actually from the device but the problem is from the password corner. It seems for now to be selective.. most people who have reported this to me are more of iOS users. Android devices and desktop works perfectly fine. But not to worry it would be fixed soon..

Glad to know that. They really need to fix this before the review campaign officially starts, since there will be phone users who want to leave reviews as well. If they can’t even register properly, then obviously they won’t be able to give feedback. That said, it feels like a minor issue, and it also kind of shows they’re still a new casino, problems like this usually come up early on anyway.

As your account is completely new, it is requested to escrow funds before beginning any review campaign and sign the btc address to verify that it belongs to you or BETMOCO entity.
Who's making such rules compulsory? Theres no where it's written thats a must to escrow funds. I'm managing their brand on the forum, and all financial deals are made with me. Funds for the review have already been made available, so I don't see the use of what you mean here..

Give the address where the funds are deposited in the campaign thread.

I have been struggling to read your terms, especially KYC and VPN. Unable to find it on the website, or am I missing something? Even during registration I have tried to click on the terms, but it seems it's not clickable, which means users can't read the terms even during registration. This is the most important thing for the user; whether they read or not, you should have it. Then it's the user's responsibility to read and comply with the terms. If there are no terms, then how? Does it happened with me only? Or someone else facing same issues?

I am trying to find a BlackJack table that is not Evolution (which by the looks of it is not allowing players from my region-Southern Europe- to use their services) and I can not find any.
Most are roulette and Baccarat related.
And sadly there isn't a section about BlackJack separately that I can see all tables/providers in general.
