I think $1000 is quite a large amount just to test a new brand without waiting for reviews from other users. Since this is still a new brand, it would be safer to start with a smaller amount before placing bets worth thousands of dollars.
Regarding the betting provider, casinos usually use third-party providers. However, since I couldn't find clear information about this there's a possibility they are using an in-house sportsbook from the casino provider itself which I believe comes with a higher risk.

I had experienced manual withdrawals before in other platforms. A lot of times it took some hours. On average, how fast does your team aim? less than an hour? 30 mins?
