Even in my country, not all ASIC manufacturer service centers are available, even though Russia is the second-largest mining country in the world.

Warranties are very nuanced, and they vary greatly depending on the company's policies in each country.
You can send your ASIC directly to the manufacturer, but that can be very expensive. If you want to mine, you need to be on good terms with the service center.
