Scam Report: BetHog.com 500k Unresolved Withdrawal. Blocked without evidence

Description of the Scam: I'm a player from Thailand reporting BetHog.com for withholding my winnings without valid justification and failing to adhere to their regulatory obligations under the Anjouan Gaming License (ALSI-142406011-FI1).

The Details:

I requested a withdrawal of 510'117 USDT. After this, my account was banned without any prior warning.

"Thank you for the note. Following a careful investigation, this account has been deemed to violate the BetHog Terms of Service.
 
As per Section I. Registration of Account of Appendix 1: Account Creation and Registration Agreement, if we discover that you hold one or more Duplicate Accounts, we will (in respect of each Duplicate Account) (i) close the Duplicate Account(s) or the original Account (as applicable), leaving you with only one Account (unless we have reason – for example if you have deliberately or fraudulently opened more than one active Account – to close all of your Accounts); (ii) treat any promotional credits, bonus(es) or otherwise, and all winnings obtained using the Duplicate Account as void; and (iii) void all future Bets made on the Duplicate Account.
 
This account has been suspended, all winnings voided, and the original deposit amount has been transferred to the wallet address entered for the requested withdrawals." @Bethog

I filed a complaint with AskGamblers, but they rejected it:

"After careful consideration of your case, AskGamblers Complaint Team reached to the conclusion that you must forward the dispute in front of the relevant Gambling Authority directly as they are the only competent authority to conduct proper investigation and reach to justified decision whether there was any breach of the regulatory requirements or not."

I filed a complaint with Casino.Guru:

"The Complaints Team contacted the casino for evidence supporting the allegations but found that the casino's lack of sufficient evidence made it impossible to support their actions. Consequently, the complaint was closed as unresolved due to insufficient evidence from the casino, with an option for the player to escalate the issue to the Anjouan Gaming Authority."

I have contacted the Anjouan Regulator multiple times over the last 2 months and have received zero response.

The operator is in breach of their license by failing to provide a mandatory Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism to resolve this.

Founders: Bethog Casino is operated by BetHog Operations Ltd (Belize) and was founded by Nigel Eccles (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nigeleccles/), Ryan Anderson (https://linkedin.com/in/ryan-anderson), and Rob Jones (https://www.linkedin.com/in/robjonesuk/) (former FanDuel founders). Despite their high-profile background, they are operating like a "black-market" site by ignoring player funds and regulators.

Since Bethog wouldn't give casino.guru the necessary information they are requesting to properly review the case, and their license provider isn't responding to you, maybe legal action is the only choice you have left. Try asking a lawyer who specialises in gaming law if it is possible to take them to court. But just a reminder that taking this route could get expensive.

They have an announcement thread here in the forum and a representative, but they have been inactive for more than 2 months now.

If the two well-known mediator platforms have failed to help you, then it simply means you have to do what they have said. Posting here won't help much except maybe raise awareness.

I think you should keep demanding an update in the very thread you created. I hope you did not create multiple threads, which they said they would ignore according to the screenshot you posted. I wish you the best of luck in getting back your funds.

I saw some information that Bethog has raised approximately $16.4 million from the following investors:

So, maybe it helps to these and future invest funds stop giving money to Bethog or force them ask a questions to Bethog founders about this case.

At least this topic will raise a questions from Regulator to Nigel Eccles (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nigeleccles/), Ryan Anderson (https://linkedin.com/in/ryan-anderson), and Rob Jones (https://www.linkedin.com/in/robjonesuk/) (former FanDuel founders) that I mentioned before when they'll try to open a new casino/gambling website.

Bethog reputation is gone. The safety index on casino.guru is 0.2! out of 10.

This is one thing about these new casinos nowadays, they comes here to gain exposure and popularity after getting known here they disappear and no where to be active around the forum.
I must still say that people should try as much as possible to stay within those trusted casinos and are even more active here, with this if there's any case that happens to rise they could easily solve it without any hesitation. For this reason makes me too selective about gambling site or casinos because I knew that it would definitely happens this way. However, if I am not mistakenly, they have actually ran a sig campaign here so it would also be advisable to contact their manager to see if they are still in contact as before.

The allegation is serious. Are you sure this is the platform that scammed you? I found the Bethog announcement thread in the gambling section. Check again and raise concern there as well so the team will notice. They were last active at the beginning of November; I'm not sure if they replied to your allegations thread.

Since the amount is quite bigger, I am curious even to upload the deposit history as well. If possible, post the transaction ID here; otherwise, make sure all the evidence has been added. I have sent them a DM; I'm not sure they come here to resolve it. Hopefully they will get an email notification from the forum.

They have a solid foundation since they are from the maker of fanduel which is a popular brand and they are using it to boost their reputation before.

The amount involved is so high which I doubt bethog resolve here while the case was already escalated on popular mediator without any resolution.

I think the slow action of license provider is concerning too since they are the one that should help player to resolve cases as they are regulating the casino.
