Even if all users will stop buying the shares, it's price will still grow. Only math, no magic.
The money scheme is in cycle, and when previous members sell shares, it's growth increases.

I had some contacts with site owner. He allowed me to start a thread in bitcointalk and say, that he do not want to post in forums, it is not effective (he has no time and no wish to do that). Also I know, that site owner has enough money in his life, and he even do not want to promote his site (x-value). He said, that this is fully automated mechanism, which can works without any new members and he think, that with time users will know about this site from each other.
Support of x-value works for salary (from site's fees).
It's so clear that's the TS who have typed that. A unknown user don't have any need to "protect" the sites reputation by posting that. Also how he formulated the sentences.. it's just to obvious.
