It seems that the difficult of the POW part of Diamond Networks is breaking records.
I have not seen such high values yet  

Yeah network hashrate is really spiking (nearing 30 GH/S as of this writing), pushing network difficulty past 600 -- Yikes!!!!!!!
The recent Diamond pump and dump caught some Ethereum miners' attention.
And given the recent Ethereum price dive and Diamond skyrocket price - well you'll get the picture.

They can mine with any power, but a day you can only get ~ 180 coins (POW mining) so it does not pose any threat to Diamond.

180 coins/day, really?  I thought it's more like 345.6 coins/day (72 blocks/hour = 1728 blocks/day = 345.6 DMD/day POW - stats from Danbi's Pool).

Either way, it's pointless to mine Diamond with gigantic hashrate when the return is so miniscule.  It's a waste of electricity.

I see a lot of questions related to DMD mining here and via our support email how to mine DMD.

The best option is still to use Nicehash miner via our DMD multipool and get paid in DMD.

This way you d mine more profitable coins, ATM this is still ETH. Your ETH would be automatically exchanged for DMD and you would get paid in DMD.

Currently, it is almost 3x more profitable to do it that way compared to mining directly DMD.

Finally, DMD PoW mining will be removed in a couple of weeks while DMD multipool mining will remain, so no need to change the system if you opt for multipool.

I folowed some youtube tutorial and pool guide, but once i create bat file and start it, nothing happends..

Can't help you without seeing your bat file.  What's in your bat file?  Can you post it?
Also did you register with miningfield.com and create some workers there?
