My wallet is not syncing with the network. Please help

I downloaded v3 and was able to transfer coins to new wallet, I was staking, but a few days ago it just stopped updating.  
I even installed 3.13 when I saw the notification to do so, but it is still stuck trying to sync from 7 days ago.  
The wallet is responding and even yesterday said it was 6 days behind, today says 7 days behind.  So it knows its behind, and has more or less been on the entire time.  Closed Sunday mid day until Monday morning and on 24/7 before and after.

I have at least 17 connections and staking will not activate because the block chain is not current.

if u updated to late to wallet 3013 u need to resync the blockchain
this means
stop wallet
delete from ur %appdata%/DMDv3 folder all files beside wallet.dat diamond.conf masternode.conf
and restart wallet
once snyc bar finished wait another minute or two then unlock wallet in minting mode

Well, after four days of waiting it finally started staking today. That was a long time. I thought for sure it was going to stake 200 coins but it only staked 95. confusing for sure.

Do you still have an old wallet.dat from v2? You need correct update it to v3 format. The instructions were posted by cryptonit earlier.

looking at the actual POS diff i suggest to everyone use
setstakesplitthreshold 200
in console

and ist not structuring ur coin pile instant to this size
its affecting just that the split at POS wont happen if the result would be lower than 200 dmd
and later on in a few days  it will start try smaller inputs below 200  when finding a POS block
(only inputs older than 5 days are considered to be merged)

if u want to instant split ur coins u need to use the UTXO tool at send coins
i think @shveicar wrote a guide for that already
it will be part of his tipps and tricks DMDv3 page he release soon

You see, this morning I found a block, as was the case yesterday.

I found (2) blocks yesterday and I only have (4) piles of 200 dmd each.  So staking is working as it should.  I believe you just have to leave your wallet open to compete.  If you close your wallet at all I believe it removes your chances of stakes.  Also, if you freshly opened your wallet it will take some time to compete with all of the wallets that have been open.

its a open issue its only a display bug in wallet

Yes, I think people got used to the DMD wallet v 2.0 in which they could obtain a reward by running your wallet once a week for a couple of hours.
But with DMD version v 3.0 it works a differently.
Imagine that you have a mining farm which operates around the clock.
If you stop it, you will not receive income.
Same here, only the energy cost for launching the wallet is minimal.

Each day we have approximately 640 new blocks. So you'll need only 1 day to get next staking reward. Your wallet may be not up to date or some display bug as cryptonit said above.
