Ive sorted out my wallet problems, but boy this wallet takes ages to sync!
Is there any way to speed it up?
im on fibre. I heard the chain is about 20GB?
Ive had the daemon running for two days now says its synced 689596 and i still have to get to block 1299530!
I cant sweep the dust until this has synced.
I can sync it in a day or so with an SSD. If you're using spinning disks, expect a few days I guess, sorry....

Mine is 15gb, 12gb after compression. I would offer a copy, but it would take longer than that (i.e. your fibre sync) to upload to an s3 bucket over my (WiFi and docsis 3 cable modem) Time Warner residential internet. (Kids these days!) *Note to self: Check Fios local availability again on Monday.*

No. There is a lot of processing of the chain by the client apart from download so read/write speed of the hdd has a marked impact

you can download the blockchain and use the monero-blockchain-import.exe import it that can save a lot of your time

I downloaded the latest c.0.10.3.1 client. Finally the blockchain is not stuck at block 1288639 anymore. But I still get a ton of COMMAND_HANDSHAKE Failed messages. Is there any way to speed up Daemon syncing?

TIA Could you try the sweep_all command? I have since ran a sweep_all command, and it asked for an address, so i provided it with mine. I assume this was correct? It looked like it went through OK, but i have the feeling some coins are still unmixable.

Not sure 0 mixin is valid. I used 3 transferring to polo with no issues eg [wallet 43xU1y]: transfer 3 47sghzufGhJJDQEbScMCwVBimTuq6L5JiRixD8VeGbpjCTA12noX mi4ZyBZLc99e66NtnKff34fHsGRoyZk3ES1s1V4QVcB 5.1 2dab222e9540062809db12c601ad7472 8b7bbbd12254828084e37394f68680e7

Anyway, with mixin 3 i get: Error: not enough outputs for specified mixin_count = 3: output amount = 0.004269227661, found outputs to mix = 1 output amount = 0.002961879501, found outputs to mix = 1 output amount = 0.002852539795, found outputs to mix = 1 output amount = 0.004356796150, found outputs to mix = 1 Im sure its a dust issue. Sweep_unmixable gives me this error: mixin too low. If i do a sweep_all to a different address, i get the same error output amount = *.*********, found outputs to mix =1 error like above scrolling down the page. I managed to send 2 XMR to poloniex in a few broken down transactions, but i cant send the rest. any ideas? ?

Ive only got about 2.9 XMR left in the wallet. Problem is how on earth do you spend it? Only way to send it is if i send someone the wallet. Your welcome to it if you want.

Sweep_unmixable gives me this error:
mixin too low.
This should not happen, is a bug, and should be reported in github if it hasn't been already. It is supposed to be possible to send pre-existing unmixable outputs with mixin 0. Therefore no mixin would be 'too low'. It can't be guaranteed that you have enough value in the wallet to pay the necessary fees. That's a different issue though, and should not result in the above error. Again, please report the bug. Report here: https://github.com/monero-project/monero/issuesClick "New issue" and as completely and accurately as possible describe what is going on. Do not include any private information as those issues are public.
