Ok soooo, "that guy" fucked up whole project right now and his statement is that XMR is open-source project? That's funny when you are watching next to it but not funny when you are just interested in holding XMR because you think it is a future project. But "that guy" forgot about ONE THING: that people, it's not the case you want that or not, that people creating in some way the community of that coin.. That community believe in that project, trusting devs that it won't be another "shitcoin".. By doing things like that "that guy" showing a disrespect for whole bunch people believing in that project.. If there will be a Monero Classic project without "that guy" on team I'm going to put there money from sold XMR  And remember faith to the project by many people isn't the thing you can buy like bread in market.. Disappointing to see this. I've been a big believer in the tech behind XMR, but tech can only go so far - it's not going to gain traction if it's reputation is tarnished. That being said, I don't think it's a death knell but it will turn people away in the short term. Hopefully we don't see stunts like this again in the future...
