I think, someone has not been in touch with the community for the past few months.
Well, Blackcoin's core team and community members, seemed to have agreed several times in the past, to the point that we had to get rid of the 'Lambo' image, to regain credibility and reflect professionalism..

Looking at that particular case, there's a high probability that the content be validated before going into production in the future..
Maybe it's time for adopting some Liquidfeedback or any simpler alternative/derivative voting concepts or projects ( as suggested in this post: http://www.reddit.com/r/blackcoin/comments/2c9fne/proposal_lets_use_liquid_feedback_for_development/).


Also, another point: People don't necessarily need to be 'productive' members to express/share their opinions/ideas, as long as they're not counter-productive/overly positive. ( good balance between hype and fud/unfriendly comments, is appreciable cause it kind of reflects real value ).
As, shareholder equals ownership and interest as well, blaming is not the way to go. Debating is.

These kind of features could quite change our project dev ecosystem. I
noticed that there seem to lack integration / relationship / hierarchy
between all project listed on that website though..  Thus, making it
look more like a project repository than community managed dev hub...

Then, as bitcoin42 emphasized, that seem to cover 'funding' aspect
well, but still lacks (for now) the 'feedback' part ( which includes
from my understanding: brainstorm outputs/ideas / suggestions
+ upvote / membership voting weight functionalities, etc )

I'll be looking for some pieces of information about that specifically
right now.
