Probably a silly question.
I have recently purchased some Vericoins and transferred them to my wallet yesterday. Now they are staking, but I have noticed in the last few hours, that the time to earn interest is increasing, it was decreasing. It got down to 6 days, but now it is 9 days. Is this due to the price going up and more demand?

It's not real - It's how the whales increase their VRC supply - all they need to do is plop their entire bag on a sell order and morons PANIC. Remember though, its not panic out of loss of faith in the coins rise - its panic out of greed to be first to panic and therefore the one to get the best price for their coins....so they too can buy back more down the order. It's an extremely risky thing to do as a normal person would see a 25 BTC wall and think "shit! If I try and panic sell first and buy back cheaper only to have him remove his wall and replace it with a whopping 30 BTC buy wall in its place then I am fucked!" - The greedy cryptotrader doesn't think like that however and the more coins they bleed by being a fool the bigger the whale gets until hunters come and take a big chunk out of them as punishment for their dickery. |

Thanks for the good reply. I agree with most of that except that XC has a poor anonymous solution. I think atcsecure will do a good job with V2 but the fact he did not immediately release a new version to fix the outgoing transaction breaking anonymity issue puts him in a suspicious light and as a smart businessman I can see why he may have benefited from the crash. Both XC and VRC are the victims of fontas and other pump groups, they would not have been pumped if they did not have a lot of promise. I am actually expecting XC to be pumped again when V2 comes out, I was originally going to sell all my VRC to buy more XC at that point but may sell just half in case VRC surprises us all and gets to 500k in future. are you the guy with 120k VRC? I have 115k but 50k is my friends though I think he will be thankful from the profit he makes. |

Any thoughts on this post in the XC thread?... 26,000,000 of VRC mined in a few weeks. this mean someone do have a lot of VRC to dump, just don't get caught holding bags. I have seen the dump from 12s to 5s like nothing, it don't even need 1,000,000 VRC. I would be nervous to have any VRC right now.
We shed most of the short term investors/miners after our first rally subsided in the second and third week. So what your saying is the richlist is going to look horrible? Ya. I invested 1 btc when it was at 2500, then your crappy blockchain getting stuck almost every day, sometimes twice a day, caused me to lose faith in you and dump when it was 600sat for almost 10 days. Now everyone is pumping the hell out of it because of your "promises". This is awesome. |

Looks like we could see a retrace shortly. It has tried and failed to stay above 0.002 4 times now - probably going to drop back to the last tested low between 15 and 16000. Just has that look about it - happens with every coin that gets pumped beyond belief so nothing to fear.
