0.6.4x is the most current version since months.
is there a development progress anyway?

It won't be a minor version is my guess. All the bigger additions are on testnet for over a month or even 2 now. Better safe then sorry.
I wanna say "fuck you" for implying that there is no dev progress at all but I'll refrain from it since we're so close to christmas.

But we will be increasing utility and hopefully have some more announcements in the coming months.  I'm hoping to see a slow and steady adoption and growth myself.

Question Nr. 2 : Is there some ETA, where would be live the "node reward system" (which would attract lot of new owners to build a full NRS node, I guess) ?

I must admit this is what i'm hoping for. A big part of me is expecting a buying frenzy but now i feel is far too soon. i'm tired of seeing fake bubbles and bursts in the crypto world.

I want to see NEM overtake and remain above Mona coin.  Mona gets a lot of free advertisement in Japan by just being the biggest capitalization coin from there.  I think if NEM stays above Mona, and the name Makoto is known, then NEM could win over the Japanese crypto community.

I must admit this is what i'm hoping for. A big part of me is expecting a buying frenzy but now i feel is far too soon. i'm tired of seeing fake bubbles and bursts in the crypto world.

I guess the way we work is to deliver and then announce, which makes it slower, and in way, wanes the interest. But I guess that is better than a pump story.

In any case, we are working hard to move forward and beyond what we have announced of late. By natural progression, the next announcements can only be better than the previous announcements.

Zaif is the biggest exchange in Japan.  They only have Mona and BTC.  Think of it as kind of like Coinbase in the US or Okcoin in China.  Okcoin in China just lists BTC and LTC and won't touch anything else.  After the whole Mt. Gox thing in Japan, Zaif was able to fill the vacuum as the "reliable exchange", so if XEM were to get listed on Zaif, that would actually probably be the best news yet for XEM as it would then be on an exclusive exchange that has a lot of trust and reliability in its community.  Much in the way Americans would then buy any coin listed on Coinbase, or Chinese would buy any coin listed on Okcoin, it would be a really big deal for NEM and then Zaif would in a single day over take Polo as being our biggest exchange for sure.  

Zaif is definitely heavily invested in Mijin and also therefore also some in NEM.  Makoto also is well known there too, so if he can get them to list XEM, it would send our marketcap much higher.  That said, Charlie Lee the head dev of Litecoin went to work at Coinbase and it wasn't ever listed there, if it did though you could expect Litecoin's value to go up a lot. Even just rumors of Litecoin getting listed on Coinbase has sent it pumping before.  

So we should probably stop any rumors right now about a Zaif/XEM deal.  

At anyrate, of course there has been requests to add XEM to Zaif and it has been looked into it, and it is an obvious fact we would like it listed there, plus there is something to gain for Zaif too.  But I can't say that it would be listed "soon" and even if it was soon, I still wouldn't say because I am sure I would be bound not to say. hahaha  Just like everything else in NEM, if it happens, it'll be a ninja launch.

The devs are doing it right. Instead of a flash jump and a crash, it will take off and stay.
