hey guys, my NEM wallet NCC keeps stopping and I cannot open it in the browser.
I unistalled and resintalled and still having the same issue.

@ryanb: guess you mean NCC stops. Try deleting the file accounts_cache_mainnet.json in the folder c:\users\<you_user>\nem\ncc.

I actually would agree you, but XEM has shown that it has had an increasing price although there were no big news and although there were a couple of hyped projects like Ethereum, Dao or Lisk released. At the beginning the strategy of the NEM core team was strange to me. Now, I think it is a really good one.
I trust them. They know what to do.

We need more news

I have been with nem from the start and the fact that the devs dont attempt to hype or pump the coin is the reason why its where it is atmo. Pumps on other coins are always followed by dumps where as nems price climbs slow but steady

There are quite a few things that I could have leaked that might have led to a frenzy and people getting overly excited that would have led to a pump, but we will only announce news when we think it is something that is really going to happen.  Please understand we are all working every day to get things going.

And there is always room for more help. 

I recently announced bounties for blogs and would like to congratulate Paul on getting 50,000 XEM. 

Sheld0r is getting a 10,000 XEM reward for finding a but with a port. 

And BIG congrats to Xpedite which managed to find a bug with NIS that he used to break the Testnet.  He has received a whale of a bounty at 313,370 or over $600.  We are grateful to him and the challenge is on the rest, see if you can break the testnet too!

The important thing to know is that the Devs are working hard on it every day and it is going well.  TB recently received $6,000,000 in VC funds, so there are a lot of resources to help us make this push.  :-)

When will it be ready? 

Only when it is ready.  The devs love releasing software that has been tested, tested, and then tested again.  So we will have to get through that stage first. 

In other news, QM has been working hard on a Nano Wallet fork of Lightwallet.  It is coming along well now, so we are happy about that.

bitcoin goes up, alts suffer. When bitcoin stabilizes the wealth trickles down back into alts again. My belief is NEM, in due time, will be the first alt people will go to.

You can just overwrite the "package" folder. It contains only application data and your node configuration (if you run a permanent one).
Your wallet on the other side is located in ~/nem/ncc/ where ~ is your users home directory depending on which os you're using.
