3. uncompressed in dedicated folder
4. launched from bash (I'm on Ubuntu) nem/package/nix.runNis.sh
5. Result

Idea? Java 8 is installed.

Try going into the nis folder and launch it from there instead of launching it from outside.
If that does work you can put the cd command into the .sh so you can start it from anywhere in the future.

My guesstimate is
XEM Start price : ~500 sat . And this means basically ~11.25 BTC/share.
However,  after launch I believe it will goes down 250 satoshi levels.

Well, I'm certainly not selling any at launch. Plenty of people are going to dump hard right away though, so if you are looking to buy into NEM I would wait until the initial dumping phase begins before buying any if you want to pick some up on the cheap.
