Is it normal to see "NIS is synchronizing. At block 12001, est. less than 1 day behind. (at block 12001)" msg no matter how long you wait?

/shutdown API had @ClientApi annotation, instead of @TrustedApi, which allows to shut down any 0.6.25 nis remotely.
So, someone found this and shut down a lot of nodes? Interesting. |

Same with my nem balance saying "(might be inaccurate, NIS not synchronized yet)", is there anything to do here? I've been trying to send nem for like 2 hours already

I just opened my client @ block 6000~ synced up fine |

How is it possible if some nodes are behind NAT? well them nodes behind nat couldnt be shut down ofc. but my node shut down completely and couldnt reconnect to network for some time ... :0 i thought my fault but now i knew better |

re-delegate - ofc not, delegation is transaction in the blockchain re-start delegated harvesting - if nis was shut down, than - yes |

NIS needs to be booted. Please open your wallet and boot a local node via the popup dialog or configure the auto-boot setting. (at block 12001)
how to fix?
