Yes, that can be true, but you guys should not send stakes to poloniex. That's nonsense. Just contact these two guys.
I don't know exactly what your problem is......oh wait I know, you're still waiting for your stake and that's why you're pissed off. If you'd visited the Nem forum you would know that one of the multi sig group is away and they will resume sending stakes in a couple of days. I'm not worried that some stakes would get lost in Polo and end up in their pockets. The problem is that many have their Nem stored AT POLO and you never know what POLO would do with them and other coins. ** By the way my Polo account has been frozen for whatever reason Can't move Nem anywhere. I don't know exactly what your problem is......oh wait I know, you're account is frozen and that's why you're pissed off. I just had to say it. This post however is not serious just meant as a joke. Haha no I'm not pissed off, I have only about 500 Nem in Polo I can guess the reason. Their xem withdraw fee is 15 xem. But if you withdraw millions of xem, the transaction fee is more than 100 xem. They send millions of xem without that fee. But even though it is not calculated at that time, the transaction fee is recorded somewhere. It is not free. You are surely saved more than 500 xem so far. So, you cannot withdraw it. It is not yours, but Poloniex's. minimum withdraw is like 500 - 1k xem or something i think.

I have a question. Did poloniex.com get a stake from the Sustainability Fund or am I reading this transaction wrong? Poloniex is a late redeemer, so yes of course they get their stake too. Btw. since you stated that we are harvesting with the stakes of other people who haven't been paid out so far: Those stakes are located in special accounts that cannot harvest. So it is impossible for anyone to use those stake for creating new blocks/earning fees.

one of the signers was away for a few days.. nothing we could do about that. they will begin being sent out again today. apologies for the delay. in all honesty though, with the white paper coming out very soon, it would probably be a bad idea to sell now as, even though it may not cause a massive increase, there will likely be some increase in price after its been released, so waiting till that comes out would likely be a better move than dumping as soon as you get your stake. that said, its your stake.

its a progressive fee.. the higher the amount you are sending the higher the fee. i dont know if the formula is available. though it gets interesting once you try and send smaller amounts.. once you go below a certain threshold the fee starts to rise apposed to drop. eg: amount to send ::: fee 10 ----- 7 9 ------ 6 8 ------ 5 7 ------ 5 6 ------ 6 5 ------ 7 4 ------ 8 3 ------ 9 2 ------10 or something like that.. its spam protection.

It is very much like a guitar pick and my gf said one time she wanted a NEM guitar pic. It also looks really good in the icon tray of Windows. Like it was made for that. And the coin idea.... I hadn't every thought about a coin the shape of NEM, but that would actually be quite awesome.

I don't understand why, every now and then, collective hysteria explodes in this discussion.
It's all about communication. The NEM-team should be better at this. There has to be one source (for example the twitter-account) where every update needs to be posted. Every day some update, if there is a little one. If the team delivered 22 stakes there needs to be more than a simple line in the troll-box at the NEM-forum by makoto. If you want that people stay with NEM, let them know what's happening - every day, every little update that might be interesting for some of us. For this I would recommend Twitter / Facebook. That's not that hard to realize with a team of 70. It's all about communication and coordination! Here is the Twitter. https://twitter.com/NEMofficialThe biggest and most important updates are listed on the blog. Twitter, Facebook, BTT, and the Forum usually also share those posts too. In the last week, Makoto went to a conference to represent and speak about NEM. Devs were busy working on a white paper. A new/updated NEM video was released and posted on the website and overview. NEM community rallied to take 2nd place in a vote for Liberland, and i still sneaking up on BTC. Some new stakes were released. The week before there were a couple of auctions to pay for the NEM mobile app for Android and iPhone. There were other things but like a new paper wallet and vanity generator being released. One Nemester built a new block explorer. http://blockexplore.in/ (Still in development but already has some cool features in it) And more things but they slip my mind. And there are more things too that are being worked on too behind the scenes, and when those projects are finished or close to being finished they will be announced. Until then, please know everybody is busy. Great. It will be amazing if we really can do this!
