We will allow if the founder of an asset put each 168 hours automatic return from all assets translated to other people, 1% of return, according to the schedule each 7 days to it replenishment will come to balance of an asset.
Thus we will be able to issue the credits from 0% a rate for unlimited term, and thus that who takes the credit, its task enters as it is possible to master rather these credit assets because every week the state decreases exactly by 1%. The founder of a credit asset can narrow this returnable 1% to already new people. And here so we will start new independent credit system on NEM.
And we will call an asset:
NEMcredits the rate on which will always be 0% and thus risk of a non-return is completely excluded as all the same once here so on 1% a week everything will automatically return to the founder of an asset, i.e. to that who gave out this interest-free loan for any needs.
