Hi guys. I've just updated NEM wallet and it stopped to work. Getting "NIS is not available" error. Any help? Thanks.
Can you point out: - OS - 32/64 bit - Java version - which wallet you updated to which version |

Supernodes are getting more and more reasonable How I wish I had the resources then when NEM was at 35 sat value . That would only cost 1.05 BTC . With all the rewards being distributed to the supernodes . |

NEM's great but for whatever reason after all this time it's still pretty much invisible to the majority. This thread can go for 12 hours without a response, the Reddit sub has had one thread in a month, pretty much the only TXs are node payouts, the android wallet has had 100 downloads.
With all that in mind I don't think anyone should expect anything when it comes to price in the shortish term. I'm surprised it held up for so long. Its day will certainly come, I can't think of anything else that's as well rounded, but right now it could go down plenty further for no particular reason. If that happens then I'll pick up some more but I'll be doing it with a 5 year plus mindset.

The only reason nem price dumping - it's mainly traded on polo polo trade bot dump it slow, carefully, not more then 10% a day. It always fill buy side ~60 BTC, and sell side ~100m xem. Always. If someone tries push price up, polo dump it in a few hours to previous level. not more. and dump it by ~10% then bitcoin begin quick rise. Some one earlier sad that xem trade mostly is real. Bullshit. it is completely manipulated by bot. And that bot is tuned to slow DUMP. Hope things is change after catapult release |

There's not 2 non-crypto-nerd humans on this planet, within shouting distance, who know about an alternate - otherwise no one would had adopted dumb names like Ethereum or Monero. You're painting a brush on XEM which could be painted to any alternative. Besides that Gems thing had over 100,000 downloads and today it's dead. Clearly this shows to me NEM has fundamentally strong economics if it can be in the top 10 with a smaller user base. The other cryptos seem to be ponzi schemes which need a regular large flow of new users or they burn out. This is expected when all the coins utilize inflation to enrich their founder oligarchs. |

thats the right way to do it its called average down u maybe bought ur first coins at 900 but by average down u move ur average cost per XEM down which make sure that once coin move back up to 900 and beyond u not stand at 0% gain but at a nice value gain |

thats the right way to do it its called average down u maybe bought ur first coins at 900 but by average down u move ur average cost per XEM down which make sure that once coin move back up to 900 and beyond u not stand at 0% gain but at a nice value gain Xem is tokens, Xem this is not crypto money? |

Remember that the high price of bitcoin is the reason NEM price is low (as is with other currencies too)
The $USD marketcap is still about the same it was before the big spike.

Pretty much true, BTC has almost doubled and XEM has almost halved. My position is worth approximately the same in USD, +/- a few percent. So it would seem that investors in XEM think that this USD market cap is the fair value right now. (and obviously people joining the BTC fomo) |

...don't think short... it's a long way to be one of the big ten altcoins. NEM will be and IS one of the top 10 in the altcoin market... we will spend our last bitcoin for XEM... and why? we believe in it and the power of catapult/mijin/zaif/sbc/supernodes and the hole past developing time from our full time developer. 2017 is coming and I am very proud of all your support, the reached milestones and the beginning of a new crypto era with daily use of blockchain applications! we trust in nem  |
