Just watched your vid after posting about comsa above. Well spotted on the Bankera dump so Comsa might not be as promising for NEM as i thought. Also i suspect the NEM foundation has been drip dumping for some time. How else are they paying for all these blockchain centers etc.
They have a bot on polo im pretty sure and the i believe it also supports the price if comes under too much pressure. 5k seems to be the floor
 I know all this should pay off long term but the NEM market is so thin now that it cant handle that kind of sell pressure.

I assume they've done some OTC deals as well. There was that Japanese exchange that bought a large amount.

Nothing I've seen about Bankera looks realistic to me. Everyone other than the people proposing it should be standing well back from it until it proves itself. Insta dumping isn't very professional either, though of course they'll have many a bill to pay and plenty of greed to service.

I think they have a decent chance of making progress in this sector. They have an existing viable company and aren't using these funds for "startup costs". They stated the sole purpose of the ICO is to raise the reserve funds required by regulations to back their planning banking services. These reserves must be in EUR and they have been 100% open about the fact that they are converting all crypto used to purchase BNK to EUR. Maybe they could have sold over time to lesson slippage but nobody can predict the future price so it makes sense to convert ASAP so the realized conversion rate is closest to the rate the BNK was sold at. I'd agree with that, I seem to remember the Ethereum Foundation completely screwing themselves because of that, but it shows a slight lack of sympathy for how weedy the XEM market is if they run straight to it and poo all over it.

Yes it (the fund) was set up to provide SilverCoins to all original stakeholders and 211 million was taken at genesis to provide this. The fund is still there. Noting has been done since.
 There have been various excuses over the years such as not enough liquidity (Nem market) . Price too low at the moment and the latest i believe is no one able to administer such a complicated task. There has been many suggestions as to what to do with the fund such as loading trezor wallets with the fund/number of stakeholders less the cost of the trezors but no official response.
My guess is they will sit on this for a long time and then do a 5 day weighted vote to slide the fund into the foundation. Of course they can swing that vote anyway they choose as they have control of all the high importance accounts.
I dont expect any response this time either
