I think you can buy and sell NEM stakes on NXT Asset Exchange right up until cashing them in for real NEM.

Not necessarily. I think Phase 2 could start at any moment once all the tokens are sent via PM.

Bumping this info for exposure. Please also note that it will take at least 24h until patmast3r will be able to send the tokens to everyone.

The server went down while i was sleeping which also led to the spambot being cut off.
I'll resume sending tokens in about 8hrs and the portal is back up already.
