Not to be a dick, but why didn't you notice the missing avatar, post count, rating, sig, etc.. and you didnt use escrow?!?!?!
Sucks it happened this way but I bet its the last time it will happen to ya. Always double, and triple check everything.. and for Gods sake, USE ESCROW PEOPLE!!!!

Honestly i can see the mistake happening... if he was on a tablet it would have been rather easy to miss..
but 10k for 3th thats a bit much ... Id be content to just wait a a few weeks these will drop in price and the 6th should be hitting somewhere around then.
