They still didn't even respond to me so far - I'll chase them again...

Don't make a NEW ticket, then you never will be helped. 
You can make a note at a existing ticket, only hold the oldest ticket, delete newer ones.
Go into the trollbox, get a moderator and tell them you never get a response on your ticket
mention your ticket number and say thank you.

How long is their response time on your tickets?

Got a ticken open at them that is +2 days old now. My funds is locked with complete: error message and this is extremely frustrating.

I have a message trying to send my XMG:
{"code":-4,"message":"Error: The transaction was rejected.  This might happen if some of the coins in your wallet were already spent, such as if you used a copy of wallet.dat and coins were spent in the copy but not marked as spent here."} 

How to fix it?
Blockchain redownload or some of wallet commands?

staking with the rest.

Haha yes it is. Most important is the awesome Magi community. Thats the most important thing for a currency. A good and strong community will help a currency through bad periods to great periods. Together we can achieve huge things.

Is the wallet fully synced? Also see if -rescan does the help.

Same for me - 3 days no response - after tagging a mod they fixed it pretty quickly, case of who shouts loudest gets the work done

I now have my cryptopia marketmaking bot running and have pushed some liquidity into the exchange after getting my Magi back.

Thanks. Yes, its fully synced but didnt try rescan. Will try and give you my answer in a few days.
