If Monero passes Dash in price, then the drinks are on me I only drink vintage champagne... ;-) for humor's sake, not saying i'd really do it, but i'd totally drink a shoot of kurious' urine after kurious has drank 24 h of only vintage champagne if the price ever hits the current mc of eth. From experience, I'd advise against making bets involving urine when it comes to XMR...

Shorting Monero is a fool's errand. Yes, it is extremely dangerous and can wipe someone out financially in no time. I saw a similar situation with Bitcoin in 2011 - 2013 with some very famous Bitcoin shorts accumulating humongous debts. When one is short an asset and it goes up in value by a factor of 10x, 100x etc., in a matter of months the situation gets very ugly real fast.

Wow lots of resistance around ATH at the moment. Some guys obviously are desperate to cover
Edit: I think short term price target is $12 for refueling before the next run. Why $12? Like @letsplayagame indicated in another thread, Checkmate & dETH

I'm guessing it will be over 13 USD by the time i get up in 8 hours or so. Hopefully, it's half that so I can buy MOAR.

Nah, not really. Still languishing in sub.... .020 land. Well... ... As I've noted a bunch, I think Monero's realistic "moon" target in the medium-term is Litecoin's market-cap. ...
Getting closer.

Is there a source for the historical data on Poloniex XMR lending? Been so busy that somehow managed to completely ignore this interesting economic phenomenon this far

Wondering if we are in for another w/e like the last one. Up to .03 by Monday....hahahaa I do need a new truck Well, that got nicely out of control in a short period of time. @explorer, seems like you'll be checking out truck deals this w/e.
