Yes it is amazing, yesterday i was analizing the carts and i saw that it was at $76 each one, so i decided to buy a few moneros today. But it is not at $100 hahah, i dont think i will buy now because i can smell a retracement in the upcoming days. As it happens everytime, a high pump, and then a little retracement.
I think that i can get to $85 tomorrow, or in the next week, and then keep going up

A little step back is inevitable, yes - but I have been hodling since the first listing on Polo and (net) buying ever since.

This is Gentlemen, this is serious wealth for those who weathered it all.

It is not so important, what is important IMHO is upcoming two day rollercoaster (or tsunami)

I think this .0242 is where it's being held, It's trying so hard to break through it. But when who ever it is wants to release it and when they do it will go mental.
But the dips are getting lower, I think it could break through today maybe.

Though Bithumb has been pushed back a week so might be more than a few day roller coaster. What were the market Abnormalities they spoke of?

Monero has been in a consolidation mode for a year with respect to Bitcoin since it has not yet broken the 0.0265 XBT ATH. My take is that if the 0.0265 XBT ATH is broken on good volume then all bets are off. TO understand this I would suggest taking a look at the weekly chart with an exponential scale. https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/poloniex/xmrbtc. Play around with the chart look at volume and MACD. Draw some lines and reach you own conclusions. I see the situation now as very similar to the testing of ~0.004 XBT in 2016 or the ~0.004 hihg in 2015. A break on strong volume saw an ~6x increase in XMR/XBT. (2016) One the other hand if the resistance holds then expect some more consolidation (2015).

Personally I just hold my long term XMR position and watch the fireworks. Sometimes when one is well positioned for the long term the best thing to do in the markets can be nothing.

Edit: When it comes to the short term for the most part in the past I have been wrong. So I focus only on the long term.

Congratulations to all the long term believers! Breaking 100 USD might be just another arbitrary number, but it feels good man.

Years ago I did some calculation/estimate - something about capturing some percentage of black and grey markets.  I can't remember the details, but the result was 500 USD. Seemed crazy at the time, now it just feels inevitable.

The listing in Bithumb next week will present an arbitrage opportunity for active traders. The Korean exchange is known for over valuing most of the cryptocoins traded in their exchange.

But since the Korean traders are aware of this, will they make the smart move and bid lower than the present price?

Even if the price drops back down below $30 I would not worry.  This reminds me a lot of the various Bitcoin runups over the years.  There are, however, some important differences now vs then that make continued accumulation of XMR a wise move, IMHO.  At the present time there is so much noise from other projects in the crypto space that there is no way anyone can realistically keep up with it all.  It's hard to get noticed, but that's OK.  Quality eventually emerges.  Always does.  The devs went about this exactly the right way: building solid tech without a glitzy marketing/ICO campaign for an immature (or even non-existent) product.   Couple XMR's not-yet-ready-for-the-masses software with a well-defined roadmap and you get a "perfect value-investing storm" for anyone with a reasonably long time horizon.
