As far as I understand you talking about "mine carts" not "mines". You should collecting them by clicking on them. Every 8 hours one of your cart gets filled, when all carts full then the production stops. You need to empty the carts for the production to continue.

Never ever invest in buying a level 8 mine!
If you do so, it's pretty much obvious that OP go AWOL the next moment You can at most try upto level 2 (level 3 would be a bit risky! YES! Mark my works ) The best bet would be to upgrade level 2 upto 3 to 4 times and let them roll in until OP's reserve lasts !

Most likely that your referrals browser has no cookies enabled, or your referral had been registered using the same IP as you. System does not track referrals with the same IP. Thank you.

Hello everyone! Just want to ask what if I was not able to log on every 8 hour? what will happen?

You can log every day. You have 5 mine carts, production is every 8 hours, this means 5x8=40 hours. So, production will be stopped at 40th hour since you cleared the carts.

@shefchenko17 I had that problem before, too. I guess only the first one which is not using same browser as you is counts as referral, then the system stops tracking other refers. Or, if your IP is dynamic and your friends registered some other day than you registered, then your referral links for once.

@Sector I have a question. Is referral commission down to 6% from 8%, or do I remember wrong? Because I remember it was 8% before.

Not to jump to defense of the site, but have you enabled 2fa and locked your withdraw address? I was super paranoid and that was the first thing I did and haven't had problems. After reading many similar posts in this thread, it seemed to be people who didn't have those safety measures in place reporting problems.

I meant same browser on same PC. The browser that "you already using". Example: You logout from your account, then your friend try to register right after you logout. If so, then the cookie gets involved in here. That is "how the hell" I thought about it.  I didn't mean same browser in another PC.

Well in wasn't like that. All of  them were with their own laptops here and registered through my referral link (btw they are using the same browser as me ) so ... it is probably the IP that is problematic I don't know.. but that does NOT explain how THE HELL I got 1 referral ? Why isn't it 0 ? Why isn't it all of them ? I don't know but this whole situation around this site..It should be cleared in a article/thread or something like that IN the site BY the admin/s . We can discuss this till the end of the world.

What are you doing here? I think you are an owner of a different site and trying to shut down the reputation of ore-mine here. It's impossible because ore-mine do not need special words. Our integrity speaks for itself. I do not want to be too rude but I cannot keep silent. You are so weird. You even not an ore-mine user, I guess. And do not cry that you were offended here. When you are saying that me or my guys steal somebody's money, you are slandering hard.
Do not spend my time anymore with these false accusations and whining.

We have more than 125 thousands users and of course, some of them are hacked.
Even if 25 users had been hacked it's only about 1 / 5000
Most likely it's trojans, which simply reads their passwords, stored right in browsers. The emails of some users can be hacked too.
Not only our site, all banks and payments systems have the same problems. The users can not store their passwords safety. That is why there are 2fa (And we were not the first site, who used it!), one-time passwords, sms verifications etc. Even credit cards holders can be cheated, but it does not means that the bank did it.


My recommendation for users is LOCK their withdrawal addresses on a withdraw page and never store the PIN code in browser or even on PC. Write your PIN on the usual paper. Most likely, nobody will be able to steal your money again after that.
