Status update: first 5TH/s have been installed. I will be able to install about 5TH/s week, maybe slightly more. There is a small "hole" to recoup due to the power usage of the previous generation ASICs. In a few days, payouts could start coming again.
I will post some more details in the next days. I have been very busy making everything up and running.

Probably the same time mining recommences for old users.

No, the message to sign to allow the change will have to be signed with the new account.

I am not sure what he is doing with that, I thought he would lock the cost at what he paid per ghs, rather than have it float.
I have several small deposits from a chained account that were all activated at different rates.

Though, thinking about it, considering he probably still automatically converts to fiat, it doesn't matter, it still reflects the current USD/GHS rate.

Hello Pyramining,

Just a quick clarification, one of my accounts has a deposit of 6.1 BTC, was a very early account. I clearly remember that it had been allocated 1.6 gh/s approximately earlier, but now when I logged in after a long time it has come down to 51kh/s Huh?. Isn't that weird, how can the mining power reduce....if this is already deployed hardware. Isnt that the logic you have used to rate the sell prices of the accounts. please provide clarifications.

thanks for all the work you been doing.

I can't speak with 100% certainty, but I think it has to do with how he his allocating the new hashing power to the oldest deposits.
My largest account had 12.xx ghs before and now it has 11.5 with quite a few of my deposits having 0.0 hashing power at the moment.
Either the rest of the deposits will come on with the new hardware, or as the eldest deposits get cleared out.

He said there is hole from the last hardware, when the new hardware mines enough to fill that gap we will begin to see payouts again. He said it should only be a few days.

Is this a one man op? Can't he focus on other coins to maximize profit? Sorry if this question has been asked before, and props on him for not running away!

ASICs don't mine for non-sha256 coins, and most of the SHA256 coins are worthless Wink

Not always true.  I mined Maza for a few days and sold on a high.  I made more than I would have if I had been mining BTC.  But yes, that's the exception rather than the rule.

Pyramining: Any chance we can move to eligius? Steadier payouts would be better all around. Plus, they merge mine nmc that would help offset the management costs.
