It's simple if you see your name on the spreadsheet then you are accepted to this campaign, but if not it's either the spreadsheet is still not
yet updated or you are rejected.

Check the spreadsheet link in first page of this thread, check often as izanagi updates it not very often so if you see your name there after izanagi have updated it, it means you are in.
