Good to see how your business ended well and its good gesture towards the community that you didn't do a exit scam here so for sure in future if you decide to open up your business again many will get a confidence to gamble at this site but anyways ending is not new so good luck to new venture.

Its sad, truly BetBTC has proven itself to be one of the reputable gambling platforms within the gambling community. The news of the closer really breaks my heart, as the site is one of my favorite gambling sites. But again, life goes on the need for more improvement will always leave us with no choice than to keep moving.

Just give them some time and as you read up above they had processed out the pending withdrawal or backlog and it seems you didnt make through the last batch.

You could still have the time for you to withdraw as they've been mentioned

"Our platform will remain online until 1st September 2021. You should withdrawal any remaining balance as soon as possible, until 1st September 2021"

So there's no need to worry.

Just wait for a moment, I guess it was a per batch by sending with all withdrawals and I guess in the next batch of sending, it will include yours. As you can see post above before yours, there was a recent announcement regarding withdrawals.

I have also an account on BetBTC but I dont have a balance there to pull out but it is enough to know that they ended up like this with dignity. Returning the user's fund after officially closing is the honest action that other casinos must do. Farewell, I guess for how many years in service, there are hundreds or thousands of users who have been satisfied with the service you have.

The last process of withdrawal should be before the date they will officially close, and you are right, they have been operating for years before they decide to close the business, so there's no reason to get panic as they are likely to scam, otherwise, they would not make any announcement yet.

The thread was created last "November 13, 2014", if they have some BTC reserves, they certainly had made a lot of profit already and they can close business and enjoy the profit. What's amazing is that they were able to maintain their good reputation despite the long years of running their business already.

This is the only scam accusation I saw doing some quick google search and they were able to answer it professionally.

That would be critical to maintaining the reputation of the company given that people might feel scammed if they weren't given an option to withdraw after the deadline, although I'm sure this was in BetBTC's plan in the first place.

This is the right way to close and say goodbye to their gamblers, even if they choose another interest gamblers will continue to support them and once they decided to reopen in the future, they will have no issue because they did the right thing and they kept their reputation intact until the final days, they set up a good example.

Many people keep funds on the sites but they are not active on the gambling sites. However people do check their email regularly and this may help them.

Not only that they are not regularly checking emails but many of them already lose access to their email address created only for gambling site as security measures .
meaning that even if they will email the players yet there will be no response .
and besides it is the players fault not checking their funds in sites in which they have maintaining their money.

That's on them if they don't check their emails but the site still has the responsibility to at least reach out to them in about 3 months at the least so they can't be seen as someone that has took advantage that their clients didn't reply because it's still their clients money after all, you don't want that to happen to you right? Then don't do it to others and karma will bless you.
