A lot of people have been asking for a European group buy for the Kialara Physical Bitcoin, so I decided to accept the challenge!

I have contacted the creator of Kialara to see if it's possible to get fixed BTC prices (which will take away of a lot of extra work). His response is:

Let's do this. Collect what you can. If you're short at the end, I'll cover it. If you're up, you can keep the extra for yourself.

You're saving me a lot of time and I appreciate that. I'm putting in 12 hours/day as it is on this project.

Both are Registered mail with Track & Trace included.

Risks

• The biggest risk are import and VAT. The VAT is quite high in The Netherlands (21% is the highest VAT we have) and these costs will be added to the final price. The current price of 10 coins is €796,40 (including shipment to me), if you add VAT and import it will be €1020 (an increase of 28,08%). However, we might not even need to pay this much if they do check our package (or anything at all if they don't check it).

Terms

• The group buy won't happen if not at least 5 coins are ordered.
• Once the group buy is closed for new participants the final price will be determined, split between the participants and posted.
• Any BTC that is left over (because the package wasn't checked, the BTC value went up, etc) will be evenly distributed between the participants.
• Shared wallets (for example exchanges) aren't supported as you need to sign a message with the address you sent from.
• You will be responsible for paying your own individual shipping when the ship arrives in the EU (The Netherlands).
• Coins will be shipped as soon as they arrived (if time/weather allows), as soon as you have paid for shipment and as soon as I know the address that they're going to.
• We will be using devthedev's escrow service (no fee's).
• Don't send BTC to me, send it to the escrow address (except if you want to donate something).
• Terms can change at any moment, so please keep track of them (they will be announced in the thread as well).

Yes, the final price includes everything, shipping to me, shipping to you, taxes, import, etc. It will then be split between the participants and once everything is received by devthedev, the payment will be made to Max. May I suggest that you place devthedev addy with big red bold letters in OP (before the lame phishing scammer see this thread), and clarify that ALL payment should go to this addy.
That would make it much harder for him to get away with his lame scam.

You forgot to add the 4.5% import cost, but that is still 120 USD rounded up, so yes, 96 EUR is correct. I don't expect to pay much more than that for one coin, seeing that 21% is the highest VAT we have and 4.5% being the average import cost. I checked the import register and it shows 0% for these kind of coins, but I'm not sure what the customs would put this under, so I used 4.5%.
