Thanks alot guys I was trying really hard to block the BFL part of my life from memory.
I would rather buy an S5 at current prices than to have the memories of BFL come back.

Wait, wasn't he with Technobit They screwed over folks almost as bad as BFL Yep. Dude sure does love to troll and shitpost. Yes folks I do I was just expressing my oppinion about software and hardware that bitmain sales. We all know that common BTC standart is over specs in speed and power consuption almost everywhere and bitmain is no exception. I stand for my words it will be overspeced for sure whatever comes to public. No hard feelings he is excellent businessman though. If you call that shit posting let it be so. I do not mind. The truth is I do not like what CHINESE do - steal others work close source and such stuff. But there is one exeption though, The only CHINESE company which REALY is doing something in technical terms is Avalon - open source of pic, Pcb schematics and cgminer. And again I am speaking in tech terms only. Now off topic By the why how is your beloved friend bickLEDsky doing lately? I do not see him arround. Did he gave up to fight for justice and freedom or there is no one to pay him anymore Sorry for oftopic Thank you in advance for your answer Have a nice day Jents

Maybe try re-flashing the firmware. That is not a normal speed. As far as firmware looks like bitmain listened on heat. Just needed to be patient

0.2 w/gh is a big step! If they can do this, there will change the market for sure! Maybe they bought a bunch of the BitFury chips for their new miners? Aren't they supposed to be approx .2w/ghs? EDIT: sorry the new BitFury chip is 28nm not 14.

I have two burnt S5 cards and one completely burnt S5.I have about 90 pcs of S5 miners.Bitmain, asked me to send them.I wonder what will be their approach. The new software update is a late but very much needed one.I strongly recommend to update your firmware.

http://s21.postimg.org/w06hqfwzr/fans.pngDid anybody notice that this new firmware has six fans not 4 fans. Could this be the firmware they are going to be using on there new miners. Food for thought ?

I would like to see 3+ Th S7. ) Mix that with around 1k watts and I would be pretty happy with specs. A lot is it's efficiency that matters to me.

The LKC (or something close to it) is supposed to be 14nm, 5TH at 1kw, I would expect bitmain's next product to be close to those numbers, or 2.5th at 500w, something like that.

So, yet another bitmain firmware release that will break your miner & create more problems than it fixes: https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=1133712.0Time & time again bitmain have proven to be completely inept when it comes to software/firmware coding, it's about time they employed someone who actually knows what they are doing. Upgrade your firmware at your peril. Again
