Have same issue with SXC withdrawal "Transfer from cold storage" - more than 12 days!

After 12 days no any reaction from support !!

And right now same "Transfer from cold storage" for XVG

Any suggestions?

8 Days waiting for simple coin withdrawal - SXC. i know the coin just had a new client released, but there is no reason to delay withdrawals, as the coin itself hasn't changed.

And what'd up with 'transferring from cold storage'? I was trading the coin minutes before, and now I cannot either trade nor withdraw.

I have the same problem with XVG.

I can assume that such an attitude towards people can cause great mistrust of this exchange.

I hope that this is just a technical problem.

Simple To do list for Pesobit:

1) put Pesobit in maintenance mode so people stop transacting

2) install new wallet Pesobit 1.1

3) contact user Lutzow from this Bitcointalk forum (pesobit@gmail.com) for coin swap.

4) re-establish all Yobit user's balances.

I have posted here the simple steps to fix the Pesobit issue at Yobit. It's an issue that has been going on for 7 months.

I see that Pesobit wallet of Yobit is still not in maintenance mode, and people are transacting a coin that they won't be able to withdraw since you have not upgraded to Pesobit 1.1, the fork all users are on at this moment.

Once they open your ticket, I believe they will see all tickets opened by same user. So they just mark them all as "solved". If no than it's their own fault

Well a normal company etiquette would suggest a support reply should happen within 24 hours, for a paid service such as Yobit.

When we don't get the reply from support team in 24hours, we assume that they did not receive it/ did not see it, and we resubmit.

well they fixed dimecoin wallet but still waiting for them to process my withdrawals i have some in process and others with transfer from cold storage only gt to withdraw 400 mil coins before the wallet was down

I have outlined for you here the 4 simple no-brainer steps to help the Pesobit community with their coins stuck at Yobit.

How is progression on the resolution of this problem going?  This problem has been going on for 7 months, I think it's high time to adress it.
